Fang Zhen watched as Ande ran up to him.
"My lord, you protected Redstone Town, and the townspeople are deeply grateful," Ande said. "We've retrieved Montagu's weapons and armor for you. They're at my house, and you can pick them up anytime. As for this..."
Ande raised his right hand, pointing to the crystal bottle filled with a pale red grease. "This is the Extraordinary Item I promised you—the Magic Grease left behind by the first Town Mayor."
"Hm? Magic Grease? Not Magic Divine Oil?" Fang Zhen asked.
Ande scratched his head, looking slightly embarrassed. "I remembered the name wrong. Father Matthew corrected me. The words 'magic' and 'divine' can't be used together. Anything related to the gods is a Divine Art. My vocabulary isn't very large, so I got them mixed up."
Fang Zhen chuckled.
'That works. "Magic Grease" sounds much more respectable, and a lot less like some kind of snake oil. If it really were some "divine oil," he wasn't sure he'd want to smear it on his spear.'
