"Brother-in-law~ Time to get up~"
A soft, sweet voice called out beside his ear.
When Lin Shen groggily woke up, he found Gu Wanqing sitting on the floor with her legs tucked beside her.
She was leaning forward over the edge of the bed, propping her chin on her left hand while her right index finger repeatedly poked his cheek. Her expression was full of concern and worry.
"Are you not feeling well? Maybe we shouldn't go out today."

The sight jolted Lin Shen awake, but he was still a bit dazed even after coming to his senses.
"What time is it?"
"Eight o'clock."
"It's that late?!"
Lin Shen vaguely remembered agreeing with Gu Wanqing last night that they would leave at eight. And here he was, still asleep!
"Sorry!"

After they left the apartment, Lin Shen asked while eating his bun and waiting for the elevator. There was no hint of blame in his voice, just curiosity.
"You must have been up for a while, right?"
"Because I saw you were sleeping so soundly, Brother-in-law."
Gu Wanqing chuckled, seemingly without a single complaint. In fact, she looked incredibly excited for the day's trip.
This made Lin Shen feel a little guilty.
"You're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad?"
"Because I wasn't on time."
Lin Shen valued punctuality. To him, being late was extremely rude.
But Gu Wanqing didn't seem to mind at all.
"You're the one taking me out, Brother-in-law."
Gu Wanqing said, still grinning.
"Of course we should go by your schedule. Besides, eight isn't even late."
"What if I'd slept through the whole morning?"
"Then I would have just waited quietly at home for you to take me out in the afternoon."

Lin Shen fell silent.
He could tell from her incredibly pure, beautiful eyes that she was being completely sincere.
She wasn't just saying it to spare his feelings.

Gu Wanqing was a little stunned.
Because Disney was a place she had always wanted to visit, she had done her research long ago.
From which rides were must-dos to which tickets had the shortest wait times, she was thoroughly prepared.

After confirming that Lin Shen was her client, the guide handed him and Gu Wanqing each a premium badge.
Pinning it to their chests would identify them as VIP guests.
"Please, follow me."
The guide led Lin Shen and Gu Wanqing into the park. After buying some character headwear, they discussed the order of the rides.
The first ride was the TRON Lightcycle Power Run.
It was a thrilling, futuristic, motorcycle-style roller coaster with excellent online reviews.
This also meant that a long line had already formed at the entrance.
Fortunately, the guide led Lin Shen and Gu Wanqing in through the exit, which made him sigh with satisfaction.
'The VIP service that money can buy is just awesome!'
"WAAAAH—!"
Throughout the entire TRON ride, Gu Wanqing's screams never stopped, interspersed with her sweet, bell-like laughter.
It wasn't jarring at all; instead, you could feel her bursting with joy.
Her happiness was so infectious that Lin Shen couldn't help but whoop a few times himself. The intense feeling of weightlessness made his heart pound, and all his worries were forgotten.

After riding the TRON Lightcycle Power Run a second time, the guide led Lin Shen and Gu Wanqing on a wild day of fun at Disney.
They went on the Slinky Dog Spin, the Roaring Rapids on Thunder Mountain which required buying raincoats, and Zootopia: Hot Pursuit.
From thrilling to story-driven, they experienced every type of attraction available.
Lin Shen used to scoff at theme parks like Disney, thinking they were just for kids.
Now, he found himself thinking that maybe he should look into getting an annual pass.
