He clung to a final sliver of hope.

'Then again, it's just a rumor. It's not like Mr. Ya has ever actually been hunted by a Saint-level Overlord.'

Su Ze was both shocked and overjoyed. He glanced in disbelief at the Mutated Giant Crocodile's tightly shut snout. He had personally watched Mr. Ya get swallowed. It had only been a few seconds. How did he escape from the crocodile's mouth?

Mr. Ya's face was pale. He grabbed Su Ze and used Earth Escape to travel a kilometer away, then collapsed to the ground like a pile of mud.
