I can hear Orm trying to attack using magic, making lightning bullets targeted towards the human sized monster octopuses.
I let out several curse words (even though I promised myself not to say it) as several of those little mucks kept appearing even though we already killed several of them.
The others are also having a hard time as several tentacles kept appearing, making it more like a hydra type of kraken.

I don't recall the kraken having a seemingly unlimited tentacles as they supposed to have only ten.

I was trying to think of a solution that I didn't hear Alpha's warning towards me as several mucks are trying to attack me.

I tried to kick my brain, squeezing it out of any information that I might use it against our current situation as the pack and Bahar is beginning to reach their limit.

I tried wracking my brain after killing the mucks approaching me in which mercifully, may seemed the end of them on my side.

As I hurriedly went towards Orm, who panted way too hard, I yelled at him to get out of the way as I blasted the little mucks trying to get near him.
Magic does drain energy a lot as Alpha and Orm, who had been using magic alternately with their weapons, are looking like their soul is being sucked out.
Finally, the little mucks that are about to approach Orm are dead, giving him time to catch his breath.
Glancing at Orm's face, I have a feeling that he doesn't have enough energy left to perform petrification on a colossal monster.
I need someone else to help Orm.
I can't ask Lion and Bahar as they looked like they are almost at their limit as they kept cutting off the seemingly unending tentacles, preventing them from striking the ship.
Also, I hated Bahar.

Alpha is a magic user too! Although his magic is different from Orm and Lion.

I helped Alpha get rid of the remaining mucks, giving him a bit of rest as he looks like he is in a better condition than Orm as he used less magic than Orm.
After several minutes, I pulled Orm and Alpha together and told them a new strategy in killing the Kraken.

We got into position as Orm took a potion that will give him additional energy as it requires using a huge amount of magic against a monster at that size.
I can see Lion panting way too fast and Bahar looked like he is about to faint.
Sly and Ghost took turns in striking the several tentacles trying to destroy the mast of the ship. They looked horrible as they are reaching their limit.
I asked Alpha if he can amplify the damage of my weapon in which he grinned as he understood what I'm trying to do.
Then at my signal, Alpha and Orm raised their hands together towards the Kraken as a magic circle appeared in front of us as a massive beam appeared, striking the monster's face.
The monster let out a huge, deafening ROAR as it slowly became petrified.
The others went down on the deck, panting as they looked incredulously at us.
Then I positioned myself, aiming at the monster's face.

I prayed a dozen prayers to the heavens as my weapon glowed as Alpha tried to amplify my weapon while Orm gave me an encouraging smile.
Then with a curse towards the monster, I squeezed the trigger.

With a huge, lightning explosion on the monster's face, the monster crumbled into pieces in which Lion hurriedly placed a protective shield around the ship, preventing it from getting hit by the debris.
I suddenly dropped my weapon, shaking uncontrollably while panting.
Everyone cheered but I felt terror inside my heart.
Is this what I'm going to face in this journey?
They didn't seemed to notice me shaking as everyone is in high spirits, trying to talk excitedly among themselves.
I have to face this for five more times?
I tried my best to calm down as i noticed that I'm beginning to pant faster.
I missed being in a normal world.
Someone's shout interrupted my thoughts and I noticed a small island beginning to appear in front of the ship.

Lion carried me as he kept nuzzling my face, giving me praises at what I did earlier as the rest of the pack, including Bahar, kept showering me with all sorts of nonsense compliments.
Honestly, I don't feel happy.
But I tried to give them a smile and told them that I couldn't do it without Orm and Alpha helping me, and that everyone gave a huge contribution on the battle, not only me.
Still, they kept praising me like I'm some sort of a goddess in which I'm beginning to feel irritated but I didn't show it.
I'm stressing my brains out, thinking of the next 5 monsters we are going to face next.

Finally, we arrived at a huge clearing in the middle of the island where there is a small altar at the center.
A piece of shard is floating on the altar as a magic circle surrounded the altar.
Lion embraced me before putting me down, giving me a quick kiss as he handed me the magic stone.
I held the magic stone tightly as I slowly approached the altar. Then suddenly, a light began to envelop me as I closed my eyes, hearing Lion and the pack's shout as I feel a warm sensation around me.

Several thoughts came into my mind when I suddenly heard the same voice from the magic stone.
I still can't understand what its saying though.
