I punched Bahar in the eye.
And I didn't regret it.
In fact, I would definitely be willing to pay to do it again.
It happened when the Chieftain Monarch asked him about me.
There was already tension earlier when the Chieftain Monarch announced that Bahar is our guide in getting the shards which made everyone groan in annoyance, including Bahar himself.
He tried to protest, saying that he can travel by himself separately when suddenly, the Chieftain Monarch looked at him in the eye and Bahar immediately knelt in front of him, crying out in pain when a burn suddenly began to form on his shoulder.
I was right. The Chieftain Monarch IS the real monster around here.
Bahar tried to apologize to the Chieftain Monarch but it took sometime for the burn to stopped forming a mark on his shoulder.
It looks horrifying but since I almost died earlier, my sympathy is limited.
The Chieftain Monarch continued to talk about something in which I listened half-heartedly when I heard him mentioning my name.
Now what?
He was asking Bahar something about me in which based on Bahar's grinning reaction, must have been what happened when we met earlier.
I can see everyone, especially Lion giving Bahar murderous glares.
Bahar slowly walked towards me, grinning at me while telling the Chieftain Monarch how he failed to charm me earlier.
Bingo. I knew there was something weird the way I was suddenly attracted to him out of the blue.
I mean, he really IS beautiful but to feel butterflies in my stomach? No way. Only Lion can do that to me.
Bahar continued to give me flirtatious looks while he kept talking to the Chieftain Monarch when I noticed in the corner of my eye that Lion's knuckles are turning white from clenching his fists.
I tried to ignore him when suddenly, he told the Chieftain Monarch that he is making me his mate in which I'm starting to see red.
The Chieftain Monarch looked amused seeing Bahar trying to flirt with me in front of Lion while I looked at him with a poker face.
When he pulled me towards him, trying to embrace me, that's where I finally snapped.
Now he has a lovely color around one of his eyes.
I should make some weapons when we go back to the castle.

Thankfully, Bahar stayed at the palace while we all went back to the castle. He wasn't forced to join the pack in which everyone felt relieved.
Everyone is in high spirits, especially Lion, as they guffawed recalling the look on Bahar's face when I punched his eye.
Good thing that the Chieftain Monarch didn't punish me as he find it hilarious, laughing in a weird kind of sound.
After the excitement gone down, everyone went to their respective rooms while Lion carried me towards my portrait.
With a dreamy look in his eyes, he continued to look at it while I'm starting to feel uncomfortable looking at my own face.
Finally, he brought me inside our bathroom, gently putting me on the chair that suddenly materialize out of the blue and started to give me kisses all over my face and neck as he slowly removed my clothes.
I closed my eyes, enjoying the attention while he started to lick my neck as he removed his own clothes.
He then carried me towards the water and washed my hair while humming a happy song.
We didn't talk as we bathe each other. Afterwards, he carried me back towards the chair, making me sit on it. He knelt in front of me, held my face tenderly with his hands as he closed his eyes, kissing me gently.
We kissed each other slowly and deeply for some time, my hands stroking his hair as he started to lick me on the neck then continued to lick my body downwards.
We had a passionate intercourse that night.

Since we are traveling by the sea, I have a feeling that the enemies that we are going to face are mostly water friendly so I suggested to Lion, Orm and Alpha to infuse everyone's weapons with lightning.
Everyone looked confused on why I designed weapons again since they can freely use magic this time.
I explained to them for a very long time about the thoughts I had earlier when I woke up again from a nightmare which I can't recall.
We are going to the 5 seas which reminded me of fantasy novels that I read about back on earth. (But it was 7 seas, not 5)
When Ghost told me that the sea we are going is salty tasting and has unpredictable weather filled with lots of gigantic beasts and monsters, that's when my blood turned cold as I recalled the 7 legendary monsters of the seas in most of the fantasy novels.
Everyone crowded around me as I made a sorry effort of drawing the monsters in which I yelled in frustration, making them all jump in surprise.
It seemed to fit as I recalled the Chieftain Monarch saying that one monster is guarding each shard except for the biggest shard in which 2 monsters are guarding it. The total of which is 6 in which I don't mind about the missing 7th monster.
Good riddance.
I introduced them to the following monsters:
1. The Kraken
2. The Leviathan
3. Charybdis
4. Ahuizotl
5. Karkinos
6. Midgardsormr
Describing each one took some time as I tried to recall the 7th monster to no avail.
Orm helpfully managed to draw each one of them based on my descriptions in which everyone took a deep breath seeing the images of the monsters.
Ghost was amazed that I knew about them as he himself who used to be a researcher and explorer, had only a vague idea about them.
After that, nobody questioned me about making a weapon anymore.

As Orm proved to be outstanding in using the crossbow, I modified the design by describing to him as it is difficult to draw what I have in mind.
He can do ranged attacks using the crossbow and using magic alternately.
His crossbow attacks now has faster speed in reloading magic arrows (endless as no need to reload an actual arrow). He infused the weapon with lightning, making it very lethal against water type enemies.
As for Sly, since he can fly this time, I designed a giant cleaver type sword that has a tough edge, meant to withstand repeated blows directly into thick meat, dense cartilage and bone. Very helpful since a lot of this guardian monsters have tentacles that may attack the ship.
For Alpha, I designed him a spear since he has good agility and can do alternate attacks using magic. The advantage of the spear against the monsters is because of its superior reach, that will allow him to maintain distance from the monster. The spear itself has a powerful thrusting damage that is effective for piercing thick hides and scales.
I had fun designing Ghost's weapon. Since he can jump at high distances and has higher stamina than the rest of them, I copied his weapon from a certain god in one of Earth's mythology.
That's right. I made him a hammer like weapon that is capable of unleashing lightning against several enemies, only his weapon has a longer handle than the original one.
Everyone except Lion, infused their weapons with lightning as I tried to convince Lion to change his weapon.
Lion doesn't want to change his weapon, saying that he is fond of it, naming it after me.
Sigh.
Besides infusing it with lightning, we improved it by making it more capable in penetrating heavy armor.
Lion somehow tried to combine fire and lightning and infused it on his weapon, making it capable of widespread destruction.
Everyone got serious this time.
