"Impossible! Six of them? How can that be?!"
"It's one of the Supreme Grade Swords — equal in fame to Mihawk's Black Blade Yoru! This is bad... everyone, get back now!" someone shouted urgently.
A chill ran through their hearts. More than a hundred pirates leaped off the beast's back and scattered in every direction.
In the next instant, a rain of swords descended.
SWOOSH! SWOOSH! SWOOSH! SWOOSH!
In the blink of an eye, hundreds of copies of Dragon Blood Kuniitsu shot out from the six golden portals.
The blades fell like heavy rain, covering such a wide area that dodging them was nearly impossible.
The giant beast's pupils shrank in terror.
Dragon Blood Kuniitsu was forged specifically to slay dragons — its edge could easily cut through even the hardest dragon scales.
With so many blades striking at once, the beast didn't even have time to react. All it could do was brace its massive body and take the impact head-on.

The sound of piercing flesh and armor filled the air, followed immediately by the beast's agonized roar.
In just a moment, the rain of swords had broken through its defenses, tearing through its thick skin and deep into its body, destroying organs and muscle tissue alike.
"Just who are you?!" the beast roared in pain and fury.
But as soon as the words left its mouth, its four legs lost strength, unable to support its colossal weight. It crashed heavily to the ground, blood pooling rapidly beneath it.
"You brute... do you truly think you are worthy of knowing this King's name?"

Vladimir stood at the bow of the Golden Ark, looking down coldly at everyone below.
The giant crocodile beast lay bleeding profusely, its body pierced through and through by countless blades.
In that single attack, at least a hundred copies of Dragon Blood Kuniitsu had been unleashed.
Though they were only projections formed from condensed magical energy, their power was barely any weaker than that of the real blade.
ROAR!
The beast let out a low, rumbling roar filled with rage.
It had met arrogant people before, but never anyone quite this reckless — as if nothing in the entire world was worthy of his attention.
Strangely, though its size shrank slightly after the injury, the wounds covering its body were visibly closing and healing at a rapid pace.
"Hmm?"
Vladimir raised an eyebrow, looking surprised. "An awakened Zoan-type ability, I see. That explains it — only an awakened power could give you such monstrous size and vitality."
"Hmph! You have no respect for anyone!"
The beast's eyes turned blood-red. It pushed itself up with all four limbs and slowly rose back to its feet.
"There are already five or six powerful figures claiming the title of 'King' on this island! It is not your place to act with such impunity!"
Even as it spoke, its wounds continued to mend further.
Captain Yiba's expression grew heavy. "Genos possesses the Ancient Zoan Crocodile Fruit. Ordinary attacks can't even scratch his skin, let alone injure him. Yet this stranger used some strange technique to nearly cripple him in an instant... He is no ordinary opponent."
Normally, Yiba would have welcomed the chance to test his strength, but right now, the blueprint was his top priority. He had no desire to waste time in a pointless fight.
"Your Majesty, we of the Yiba Pirates have no history with you. I can pretend none of this happened. Now, please stand aside and let us pass!"
Hearing this, Vladimir simply stepped forward, gliding lightly through the air as he descended from the deck of the ark.
"Stand aside? That is simple enough — hand over every single Devil Fruit you have in your possession!"
The Yiba Pirates were one of the two strongest crews in the Bakin Alliance.
Just a few hours earlier, during the first round of bidding at the auction, they had taken the lead by offering sixty-one fruits.
That meant they definitely had a large stock of fruits on hand.
"So you insist on opposing us?"
Yiba's face darkened. With Vladimir pressing them so hard, he had no choice but to step forward as captain.
At that moment, Genos — already recovered by nearly half — suddenly lunged forward, jaws gaping wide to bite down on Vladimir.
"Captain, don't waste words! One bite from me will finish him off!"
ROAR!
Its massive maw opened wide enough to swallow an entire warship whole.
Next to it, Vladimir's figure looked tiny and insignificant by comparison.
"Foolish creature."
Vladimir scoffed softly. He did not dodge or even flinch, standing completely still and calm as the beast charged straight at him.
Seeing this, the surrounding pirates bared their teeth and shouted wildly.
"Get him, Genos!"
"This guy is too cocky! He has no idea what the Yiba Pirates are capable of!"
"Die, you golden-haired bastard!"
Just as it seemed Vladimir was about to be swallowed whole, countless golden rings of light appeared in the sky above him.
From within the portals, thick golden chains shot out at blinding speed, faster than lightning itself.
The beast roared as its jaws snapped shut — but its fangs halted abruptly, stopping just inches from touching Vladimir's golden armor.
"What is this?!" Genos cried out in shock.
