Chapter 1.2 Shen Qi
It's been a week since the day Shen Qi first arrived in that world, her first mission world.
During this past week, she was spoiled rotten to her core by her brothers since they all knew that she was sad about their rejection, so they tried to cheer her up and visited her more frequently than they used to.
Not like the brothers do not visit her more than a couple of times a day, even when it was still before that time, they had rejected her.
They would visit her residence almost 10 times a day had been by far become a habit for each of them.
They always felt that their day was not complete if they didn't see her, so their visits were very frequent; they can't help it, their little sister is just too cute!
The visit counts even got worse when they tried to cheer her up, from 10 it became 20, double the size of their usual visit counts.
Sometimes, because of the frequent visits from her 6 brothers, her head started to ache because she needed to entertain each of them from dawn till sunset.
Finally, she could no longer endure the "pampering" and chased all of them away so she could have her peace and then rested for a day.
Knowing their wrongs, they instead took turns to visit her and lessen the visit counts to not disturb her that much.
Sometimes when they visit together, they would go on a picnic and play together.
All in all, the siblings' relationship is good and harmonious.
No sign of the bad fruit and a schemer, all are in peace and in harmony.
This family is really a good family.
Even though they were all Royals, they are not black hearted but instead siblings that truly care and love each other.
The Original Shen Qi was truly a lucky girl for having a bunch of loving and kind brothers who protect her and even spoiled her rotten to the core.
It was truly amazing that, despite all of the pampering she had received, she did not grow up arrogant like the other nobles who grew up spoiled and bratty because of being pampered too much.
Maybe being kind had already been deeply ingrained in their genes since all brothers and sisters are kind and humble, they were really raised by their parents, right and full of love.
But instead of feeling happy right now, Shen Qi at this moment was feeling rather frustrated because her Main Mission Target did not even visit her, not even once!
He does not visit her; worse, she can't even find him anywhere!!
Yes, her brothers did visit her every day, but they are always lacking in one person, and he is none other than Mu Xuan!

"Shen Qi, are you alright?"
The Fourth Prince noticed that Shen Qi was a bit dazed and could not help but tap her shoulder.

"Are you sure? You don't look like you're fine, though. How about you take a rest for now? We brothers would come back again another time." The Seventh Prince, who was listening to the Fourth Prince and Shen Qi's conversation, said, worried about his sister's condition.
The other Princes also took notice of Shen Qi's worn-out expression and decided to leave so she could take a rest.
They all reluctantly left until only the Second Prince was left behind.
"Second Brother, can you stay for a bit?" Shen Qi called out to the Second Prince, who was already at the door.
The Second Prince looked at her with surprise, but did as he was told. Like a puppy, he quickly ran towards his Master and wagged his tail.
"Is there anything I can do for my Lil Princess?"
The Second Prince smiled dotingly.
He gently tucked in a stray hair behind Shen Qi's ear.
"Second Brother misunderstood. I only wanted to ask Second Brother a few questions."
Shen Qi immediately explained, not wanting him to misunderstand.
The Second Prince's interest was piqued when he heard that his Lil Princess wanted to ask him something.
Finally, he could make himself useful for his Lil Princess, and he also wanted to know what his Lil Princess wanted to ask him.
It would be a juicy piece of news for that person.
Just imagining it already brought a smile to his lips, thinking of many ways to make that person pay for this juicy information.
"Well, I was just curious where Third Brother is. I had not seen him for quite some time, so I was wondering where he was that he did not even have the time to visit me, his sister."
Hearing what she said, the Second Prince was shocked before beaming a big smile.
"Are my ears failing me? Did you say Third Brother just now? You did, right?! It's really Third Brother!"
Seeing the Second Prince look so happy just because she mentioned the Third Prince to him baffled her.
'What's there to be so happy about?'
Shen Qi was lost in thought as she looked at the crazed man laughing before her.
"Second Brother, are you alright? Why are you laughing so suddenly? Did I say something funny?"
"Hahaha... No, don't misunderstand, Lil Princess. It's just that I'm very happy that you are finally looking personally for Mu Xuan after all these years!"
The Second Prince almost cried tears of joy as he looked at her while thanking all those who were holy because of Shen Qi's change of heart.
"I don't know what got into both of you 5 years ago that you started avoiding him and would not even speak about him if necessary, but now you even personally asked where he is. Is the world finally turning upside down? Did the sun rise in the west? Is Fifth brother finally getting married? This matter should be celebrated!!"
The Second Prince was so happy that he did not even notice Shen Qi's face darkening.
'What is he saying about? 5 years ago, Shen Qi started avoiding Mu Xuan five years ago. Did something happen that year that changed her attitude towards him?'
'According to the story, they used to be so close when they were young and were even inseparable. They were like twins, always glued to each other, wherever the other went, the other followed. They were so close like sticky glue, but why did they suddenly start to avoid each other, no, more like she was avoiding him.'
'What really happened between them 5 years ago that changed both of them, what happened to these two people that were as sticky as glue to separate and even avoid each other like poo?'
'What happened 5 years ago?'
Shen Qi was in deep thought, thinking of different kinds of possible scenarios in her mind about what happened between the two siblings that changed their attitude towards each other.
But no matter how deeply she thought, she could not come up with anything.
She sighed in disappointment.
She even tried to recall the original Shen Qi's memory to see what had happened that year, but nothing. There is nothing in her memory that she could use as a clue to solve this riddle.
It was as if the memory was deleted on purpose, or the original did not want her to see that certain memory.
Also, all of Mu Xuan's face in the original owner's memory was blurred. The question is, why?
"I'm sorry, my Lil Princess, if brother was too emotional just now. It's just that we brothers were sometimes in an awkward position between both of you. We don't know what happened between the two of you to be like this, but can't you forgive and forget for old times' sake?" The Second Prince said.
While looking at Shen Qi with sparkling pleading eyes, he continued.
"You two used to be so close to each other that sometimes we brothers need to kidnap you just to also have time with you, ah, those times really still brought a smile to my lips."
The Second Prince's eyes misted as if he was really reliving those times that he was talking about, his lips forming a big smile.
Shen Qi looked at him and listened intently; she was also curious as to what he had to say.
She gave all her focus to him, not wanting to miss any single detail. Maybe she can find a clue from him to solve this mystery.
"Do you still remember that every time we kidnap you, Third Brother would always come and save you, well, more like take you away, but that's not my point. My point is, every time he came to rescue you, he would beat the living daylights out of all of us brothers who dared to kidnap you."
Saying so, the Second Prince's face could not help but darken when he remembered his childhood memories with Mu Xuan.
He almost wanted to stop pleading for the other when he remembered the bad times with him. But since he was his brother, he couldn't possibly leave this problem alone.
He must help him at all costs!
Even though he could still clearly remember how the other had beaten him till his face looked like that of a pig's head.
In short, he was beaten till his face swelled!
"He really cherishes you so much and was really protective when it comes to you, even to the point that he won't even let us brothers have time with you. Even when we were still kids back then, Mu Xuan already cherished you so much. That's why I want to ask you a favor, if you still have it in your heart, can you forgive him just this once?"
The Second Prince looked at her with pleading eyes; he sincerely wanted the two siblings to make up.
The Second Prince missed those times when all of them siblings would gather and play together, eat together, prank the servants together, escape from the palace together, play in the snow together, catch fish together, and most of all, laugh together.
He wanted to go back to those times, the time that they were still young, the time that they were completely free, free from people and heavy responsibilities, and most of al,l the time that they were all complete and happy.
"Second Brother, I..."
Shen Qi acted like she was hesitating.
She couldn't just directly agree to his proposal since she still did not know what truly happened to the two siblings, so she could only bite the bullet.
"Please, Lil Princess, can't you really forgive him? For us?"
The Second Prince held both her hands and gently squeezed them. He looked at her eyes pleadingly.
Shen Qi bit her lips, acting like she was really hesitating; she acted like she did not dare meet his eyes and looked away.
The two sat in silence for about a minute when, finally, Shen Qi sighed deeply, her mind made up.
She looked at her Second Brother, but then quickly looked down when their eyes met.
Slowly, she nodded.
As if he knew what she meant just by those little actions, the Second Prince gave a big grin and hugged her tight.
"Thank you, thank you, Lil Princess!!! I know that I am asking you for too much, but thank you for granting my wish. Don't worry, I will not let Third Brother waste this chance that you gave him! Thank you, Lil Princess. Thank you."
The Second Prince was truly in joy hearing her agree to his request, and he then let go of the hug.
"Haha! I need to go tell the others about this piece of great news! I bet that they will be overjoyed about this! Oh, right, I need to tell Mu Xuan to get his butt right back here in the palace. Why did he even go back to the border? It's not like there are so many beautiful ladies there. There are only blood thirsty big muscled soldiers there and no beautiful ladies. Why did he even go back there when he finally went back home last week for the first time in 3 years?"
After chatting for a little bit more, the Second Prince then said his farewell and went off to search for his other brothers to tell them the piece of good news.
Even after going out the door, she could still hear her Second Brother's laughter all the way to her room.
When the Second Prince left, Shen Qi fell into a deep thought. She had a feeling that she was finally near the hidden truth....
"Could it be possible?" Shen Qi said in a low whisper only audible to herself.
She looked out of the window and into the setting sun.
