Irene sense that the person that she seen soon will move.If you wondered why Irene known where Lucy living and Lucy condition is because she has Eye Magic.Eye magic make Irene can remotely view an area by summoning a giant eye in the sky over the location she wants to see and linking this eye with her true one. Both the giant eye and her real eye show a cross-shape pattern while the Magic is active.Of course Irene make sure the eyes not so huge or it will spotted.
It's all started when Irene is boredly goes to Eastern Continent,She was bored and casually using eye magic to check surrounding.When Lucy finishing her training and time freeze from Rolotia is disabled after Lucy training.There is some day that Lucy decided to lay down at Fuji hill to rested and seeing the environment instead straight goes to her home like usual.At that time there is coincendence that Irene also present at Eastern continent.At that time,from her eye magic,she accidentaly found Lucy.At that time,Irene just think maybe it's hust some brat playing so she ignored her.It's just Irene also goes to Fuji Hill to some sightseeing.But when she arrive at Fuji Hill,she feel some immense magic pressure from there.Not stronger than herself but also not far inferior to her.Irene wondered from where this magic pressure source.But when she check the place she only found some child that look no more than 8 years old appearance.
Irene checked again if its true and then appereantly is true.The child with Blonde hair is source of that magic pressure.Irene feel this person is has latent magic is matbe same that August or maybe more terrifing that his.Irene interested whose this child.She want approach that child and suddenly that child create portal from water out of nowhere and after she successed create portal,that child is goes inside portal and vanished.
Irene thinking this child is dangerous.Very dangerous.She want recruit her to Alvarez for his majesty future plan.occasionally,Irene revisit Fuji hill to check this child(Lucy)doing.at some point,Irene feel that child is not human anymore.Irene can sense that child is same as her,already undergo dragonization.But she can laugh and sleep like normal human.
After that, Irene doing investigation whose that child and suprisingly she is not from Eastern Continent but from Ishgar,her former home.Irene is at mixture impressed and little fear because if she can using portal to transport herself from Ishgar to Eastern Continent that mean her magic power is enormous.and she is only child.After further investigation,Irene found out that child is part of Heartfilia family.Irene never thought child of rich people is actually there is someone that so prodigy and terrifyng at magic talent.Irene further observation that their parent and family is unaware what that child become.
For Irene.Lucy existence is like defying all logic and common sense.But because that she is interested to her.Irene found where she live and secretly send letter to her room.Irene wondered will she come.She really looking forward to it.
suddenlly there is person that come to Irene room.Its Heine Lunasea. youthful woman with a slim figure and sharp eyes. She has dark black hair that hangs over her face and leans partially to the left side of her face while having two separate strands on both sides of her face. She dons a navy blue bandanna with lined design and a golden crescent moon-shaped hair ornament on the back of her head. She also wears a navy blue zebra-patterned cloak with a crescent moon design on the back.Heine saying with respectful Tone " Irene-sama,We found a letter from someplace at Vistarion"."Ohho,Letter huh...that mean she is agree to meet me huh,what a fearsome child" Irene saying with interesting tone."Give me that letter,Heine" Irene with command tone.Heine immediately answered 'yes' and give letter to Irene.
"Let's see how that child will answer,as i thought,she known my identity.She even know that i am from Alvarez." Irene begain opening the letter and read the letter
I agree to meet you,i will come to Caracol Island at 8 April X775
"She even knew immediately the place when i saying borderland of Alvarez.That child make me more interested to her" Irene smirking like she found some interesting object.
"Heine,i will goes to Caracol Island at 8 April,You and Juliet will be guarding the place while i away" Irene commanding Heine."Yes!"Heine immediately salute and leaving the room.
"I am really can't wait to meet you,Heartfilia child..." Irene smirking once more.

Lucy still at her room prepare to change.She change her look using transformation magic to make her look like 15 years old.After that she using Aqua Aera to create water portal that connected to Caracol Island.
After that she passing the Portal and arrive at Caracol Island."This place is never change...." Lucy reminiscent her first life go there.At that time Lucy going inflitrate Alvarez and goes here to gathering information but sadly meeting brandish at that time.For Lucy its really a tough time.
After that she goes to Star Mango stall and buy a Star Mango drink."Uhh sweet~~~it's really blessing~~~" Lucy muttered to herself.Lucy don't forget to bring pocket money before going there.Lucy papa really spoiling Lucy a lot and giving her some money to her using.
While she drinking.she unaware that person want meet her actually already come from behind.
Irene arrive at Caracol Island and when seeing person that want meet her.And when see that child is drinking and she say its sweet.Her face is like at disbelief " How How...how can she can taste drink eventhought she is dragon? there is no record person that already transform to dragon can live like human.And here i saw this child drinking and saying its sweet like she can taste that drink?" Irene internal monologue about this.Despite Lucy transformation magic.Irene immediately known this person is child that she send letter beforehand.
Lucy feel something watching her and when she turning back.she saw someone with scarlet hair and wearing witch outift.Lucy feel somethig familiar about her.Its exactly like Erza and thinking "This is must be Irene Belserion,Person that want meet me.She is indeed look alike like Erza".
Afterthat Lucy compose herself and saying "So you are I.B right? for what you send me letter to me and asking to meet.We barely known and meet each other".Irene quickly regain her composure and saying "So you are that Heartfilia child.But isn't that rude to meeting using you fake appearance?"
"Oh you already knew?Then you must know my true appearance will attract lot of commotion right" Lucy answered with calm.But actually she is nervous so hard at her heart.She actually scared as hell and fell will be stuttered at any moment.
"Well it's not my business but i want asking how you can taste that drink?" Irene asking with calm but slightly cold tone.
"This? just taste it like normal.Isn't that normal?" Lucy answered.Yeah she stuttered.She known this is sensitive for her but Lucy accidentally said it.Goodbye Lucy,This is where you may rest in peace....

"Don't play word with me!! i know dragon can't taste anything,even they can't sleep!!!" Irene with angry tone."Oh so you already aware that i dragon"Lucy is slightly smug voice but of course she just pretended.Lucy and her big mouth.She answered it while sipping her star mango drink.🤦♀️
"Tell me or i will-!!!!" Irene ready to attack.But then Lucy answered " Then what? kill me? what benefit for you to kill me?".
"You accursed child!!" Irene is really angry now and is ready to explode."Now now,please calm down.Do you want it? to can taste drink,food and sleep like human? I can grant you that" Lucy with calm and secretly nervous.Lucy using that Rolotia saying about Irene and hope it's work.
"Oh you want negotiate with me? you are brave for mere child..." Irene now more calm after hearing Lucy propose.To be honest,It's first time for Irene to saw someone not scared to her for more than 300 years.But more importantly,Irene will do anything to make her feel like human again no matter what cost.
"Tell me your condition child.I will abide it no matter what" Irene giving Lucy answer with calm tone.Irene really will do anything to make her can feel like human again.
