Kremidal applies into a few odd jobs while being the Pontiff of Our Lady of The Abandoned Parish. This was the time the church was financially struggling, so some of the servants, priests, and nuns needed to think creatively
One of the jobs Kremidal applied to was a supervisor of an Online Advertising Company,
One day there was an image circling around, it was around election time and things were getting heated between opposing parties, Kremidal's company especially leverages from this, one of the candidates for vice president is a philanthropist and a successful businessman, Justin Clark.
But due to his wealth, people keep a close eye on him along with making fun of everything he does, because the party he's under is very radical with their beliefs. Thus with all that their party list are memed to death.
But there was this one prominent image of Justin Clark, a photoshopped image of him looking intensely to the viewer with his face comically exaggerated
On this day Zephyr is browsing on social medial and he catches the glimpse of the image and started laughing hysterically - Kremidal was in the room changing and asks Zephyr "Oi what's so funny?"
"Yo dude you gotta see this!" Kremidal with only his pants on, walks in as Zephyr shows the image on his phone
Kremidal asks "Wait who is that?"
Zephyr chuckled "That's Justin Clark!"
"Oh my god why does he look like that?" Kremidal points at him
"Nah that's just edited" he pulls back his phone and browsed again "He actually looks like this - that meme is all over the internet right now, if you search up his name this is picture you'll find at the front page!"
He showed a perfectly normal photo of Justin he looks like a normal guy, the photo used in the meme just make's him look comically caricatured
The both of them bursts in laughter, Kremidal cackled while Zephyr was rolling on the sofa
But then Kremidal suddenly got a call, as as soon as he picked it up they started talking
"Uh huh... yeah?... Like right now?... Alright then *drops the call* welp I gotta go, the boys and I have a meeting"
Zephyr sat up and asked him "Dang already? But the mass is about t start!"
Kremidal was finally dressed for the meeting, but before he left he said "Just tell Father Huo Hu to cover for me for today!" Then left
Fast forward to the meeting, the group is talking about advertising campaign along with a party list, at this moment it is still not mentioned
Also in this moment, Kremidal's eyes were red, sunken, and half-shut due to sleep depravation. He's looking at the presentation trying to maintain eye contact to the presentor
They just kept talking and talking; they haven't even got through the opening slide yet
But then the presenter mentioned a long the lines "Anti-Homeless Partylist"
A pyramid of face cards of the candidates in the list were in full display on the slide, and there it was.
The same fucking caricature of Justin Clark
Kremidal at the very back of the seat sees this, he covers his face with clasping hands, doing a praying gesture as he holds his laugh.
The veins on his forehead began to bulge while his face was turning red, his sweat was condensing on his face as his coworkers look at him
"Swanson are you alright?"
Kremidal almost laughed even harder as his coworker asked him, then for short moment speaks with a shaky voice
"ough... I-I'm alRIGHT!" he still snickered while shaking in a praying gesture
He was fired that day
