Ashley clearly enjoying everything that was happening all around her, forced on a smile and decided to add more pressure on an already uncomfortable Lena.
"Just celebrate with Evans today, he will definitely drive you home, after all you guys are going to be husband and wife in a few days. He won't let you get bullied even if you get really drunk."
Freya echoed after her friend with a grin, "Yes Lena. Drink a little with Evans so he doesn't feel sad, I'm sure he will definitely drive you home himself. He loves you so much that we are sometimes jealous of ourselves." she winked while looking at Lena.
This statement made Lena blush furiously and turned to stare at Evans.
Evans swallowed the urge to puke and put up a fake genuine smile on his face then turned back to face Lena.
"Yes beautiful, you don't have to worry about any of that. I will definitely take you home. I will become your husband soon enough, so what better time to start my husband duties." He turned to Lena with pure sincerity in his eyes and opened the bottle of wine.
He snatched the glass from Lena without much force as he had wanted to and poured more wine into her glass.
Lena, mesmerized by his smile, simply couldn't refute him anymore. Truly they would be husband and wife soon, so there was really no need to be uptight with him anymore.
She nodded at that thought and took the wine, drinking it all up in one gulp, oblivious of the change in the atmosphere. She was so happy for finally, Evans and her would be married soon, fulfilling their promises to each other.
Evans kept on pouring wine into her cup and she continued to drink, always letting go whenever she was cheered on by Evans and soon she started feeling all hot and dizzy.
Deciding to tell her fiance, Evans what was going on, she grasped her purse. "Evans I feel hot and dizzy, I think we should go home. I don't feel too well.
" She looked up after talking but she realized Evans was not close to her anymore but further away, what she saw next shocked her. She saw Evans holding Ashley and coercing her.
In her dizziness she could barely make up their voices but she could hear Ashley saying " She got what she deserves, if she could have just given you the company as we hoped for, we wouldn't have had to go this far"
Evans responded "She disgusts me so much that I just couldn't keep pretending anymore. I just want the company and be done with her so I can finally be with you." He pulled her into his arms with a flirty smile on his lips.
"I love you so much, you are the only woman for me." He gently cupped the back of her neck and perked her on her head.
Ashley pulled away from Evans with a mischievous smile and walked close to the now dazed Lena, who was way too weak to react.
But in her foggy mind, she could hear herself asking. "Why? Why did you seduce my fiance? When did it all even start?"
Unaware she had said it out loud, Ashley's smile grew as she bent down to her and said. "Where do I start from? Let's just say I hate you and I hate that you always treat me like a charity case instead of a friend." That wasn't true at all.. she never took Ashley as a charity case, she took her as a sister she never had.
"I decided to take everything you own from you. Rest well now and when you wake up tomorrow, you would have become a woman and your precious little virginity would have been taken by one street hooligan". With a smirk on her red lips, she turned and went to meet Evans.
"Evans, don't you think we are going too far? Ashley asked, almost in tears as she looked up innocently at Evans.
"If she had not plotted against me when we were in college, I would still have had my first time right now but I don't wish her the same fate, let's just forget about it. I forgive her."
Evans stared at Ashley's meek expression, was utterly mesmerized by the sight, unaware of when he started talking, "You are too kind, after everything she did to you and me, You still choose to forgive her?" He asked, shaking his head before he continued.
"Don't worry, I promised you justice and I must surely get it for you. You have suffered enough." With anger in his eyes, he called in some men to carry her to the room he had already booked and gave them strict instructions to leave it open for easy access.
Evans turned to their friends around and told them that he intended to keep his promises by making James a director when he becomes CEO, he also went ahead to inform Freya that he will help her join Ashley in the movie industry only if they kept everything that happened tonight a secret.
They both nodded their heads without hesitation and made a hand gesture to their mouth that they will keep quiet and left in smiles.
Ashley and Evans decided to enjoy the night of victory together so they decided to spend the night in a different hotel.
In another private suite Raymond Black just finished drinking and decided to head to his room, he was quite tipsy and went into his room and
found the most charming woman he has ever seen in his life on his bed, he realized his PA must have brought him a woman even after he had clearly ordered him not to.
Sighing, he smiled and said "Liam, you brought this beautiful woman to me yourself, why let your effort go to waste when it can be put to good use?"
He asked, desire clouding his every thought as he slowly slipped into the king bed, his eyes never looking away from the bed as he approached her.
