Most were routine financial expenses for the household,nothing out of the ordinary. Then his fingers stopped. His eyes widened at the record of a substantial investment. Zahra had injected a large sum of money into shares of a private entity called AZ Studio. Yugh had no doubt the funds had come from him; he had always given her generous access to their finances. 📃
"What is this business? Why did Zahra invest in this?" he wondered aloud, a deep frown etching his face.
He scrutinized the accompanying documents further but found no immediate explanation. After a thorough review, he locked the file away in his wardrobe. 🗃
Later, in the kitchen, he mechanically made himself a sandwich and coffee. As he ate, a resolve solidified within him.
"I need to look into this later," he muttered to himself, the mystery of his wife's secret investment now joining the list of unanswered questions that haunted his newfound, empty freedom. ☕
