Synopsis:
A dying man dies in a surgery and ends up as Naruto's older brother! How was that even possible?! He is 5 years older than Naruto, trying to navigate the world in his own way.

5. Should I even say this? It's more like a spoiler but this world has more reincarnated persons, (I plan on there only being one other person, but that isn't till very later. Also this world has been altered already. There is some evidence that there were reincarnated or transmigrated people because not everything from before canon is the same for some reason.)
