Xenia's Pov :
I look down at Eli and my heart skip's a beat."Are you sure?He is actually..?"
"My brother know's him.As soon as i sent him the picture he recognised Eli.He is informing brother Kayden that Eli is with us.Seem's like they have been searching for him all over."Fiena say's and Jude look's at Eli in a daze.
"I..actually picked up Kayden Creed's son..?"Her face pales in an instant."Shit,they aren't going to think i kidnapped him or something right?"
"Don't worry,i was here from the start,i will explain it to them.They wont cause trouble for you.After all you saved him."Fiena say's and i feel a tug on my hand.
I look down at Eli and he look's sad."Is mommy going to send me back?"
I look down at him in surprise."Does Eli not want to go back?"
He shakes his head stubbornly without any hesitation.
"Uh..Babe?I think brother Kayden is going to call you soon.I passed him your number."Fiena say's and i nod.
He probably want's to talk to Eli.
Sure enough not a second later my phone ring's.
"Miss Ashford?"A deep voice comes and i feel Eli holding my hand tightly.
"Yes."
"Please pass the phone over to Eli."He say's directly and i look down at Eli.
"Eli,it's your dad.Talk to him."
Eli keep's holding my hand without any intention to take the phone.
"Eli?"
"Eli are you there?"His dad asks and i caress his chubby cheek gently.
"Eli,it's bad manners not to reply when someone is speaking to you baby.You have been with us since yesterday.You dad and your family must be so worried about you.Your dad will be sad if you don't talk to him now."
He look's up at me curiously."Really?Will he cry too?"
"Yes he will cry.Now please talk to him my little ancestor!"Jude say's kneeling down to his level.
Eli scoff's and turn's his face away mercilessly ."Then let him cry!I don't want a crybaby daddy.Kid's will make fun of me if i have such a weak daddy!"
My lip's part in shock and i share a glance with Jude.
Damn,his dad is still in call.
Sure enough, a cold voice comes from the other side."Eli Creed!If you don't take the phone right now,you better say good bye to your lego sets and game collections!"
"Daddy!If you dare touch my collection then i will complain to grandmother!"He say's aggravatedly,snatching the phone from me immediately.
Well,threatening with his toys worked i guess.I gesture towards Jude and we go to Fiena,leaving Eli alone to talk to his dad.
"Did your brother say anything else?"I ask and She shrug's."I talked to brother Kayden.They were coming over to pick him up right away but i guess our little prince threw a tantrum.They will pick him up tomorrow."
"I really can't believe you picked up Eli of all people Jude.You have an amazing luck."She teases Jude and i shake my head.
"Sister..can you hand Eli to his dad tomorrow?I am scared.."Jude say's and Fiena frown's in disapproval."I already said they wont do anything.What are you scared of?And if you are scared then why should Xenia go?"
"Fiena,it's okay.She is still young,it's normal for her to be nervous.I will go with Eli tomorrow."I say interrupting Fiena.
Jude look's a little embarrassed but doesn't say anything more.
"Mommy! Dad want's to talk to you!"Eli comes running with the phone and my eyes widen in surprise.
Shit,what will he think? Will he think i am trying to be Eli's mommy to get close to him?
I take the phone feeling a little flabbergasted and awkward.
"Mr.Creed? I- i am sorry,Eli..i don't know why he keep's calling me that.It might be because he misses his mom."I say feeling a little embarrassed .
