Chapter 6 - Chapter 3

The next month moved slowly, peacefully, almost tenderly—and yet every day brought change.

Luna never left his side.

Whether Keith was reading, studying, eating, or simply resting, Luna stayed close enough to touch him. At first, Keith felt embarrassed, flustered even—but eventually he got used to the constant warmth of her presence.

Sometimes she held his hand quietly.

Sometimes she leaned her head on his shoulder during breaks.

Sometimes she simply stared at him with soft, protective eyes.

Keith stopped fighting it.

He even started to find comfort in it.

Daily Swordsmanship Training

Every afternoon, Luna trained in the courtyard.

Her silver hair fluttered like a banner in the wind as she swung her sword, each movement sharp and beautiful. Sword aura shimmered faintly around her, shaping the air itself.

Keith sat on a stone bench nearby, quietly watching.

She's amazing… he thought.

Luna's sword sliced through the air with elegance and raw power—like a goddess sculpted for battle. Even Great Sage hummed in interest whenever she trained.

When she finished, Luna turned toward Keith, breathless and glowing with sweat.

"Keith," she called gently.

He immediately walked over and handed her a towel, something he had started doing every day.

"Thank you," she said, leaning a bit closer than necessary.

Then she stroked his cheek with her still-warm hand.

"You should rest too," she whispered.

Sometimes she even pulled him onto her lap under the tree, letting him lean into her as she brushed his hair.

Luna had become very active in pampering him.

Keith had learned to accept it.

Luna wasn't just affectionate—she was possessive, protective, and utterly devoted.

Daily Sign-Ins — Keith's Overpowered Growth

Keith continued signing in every morning.

The rewards piled up quickly:

High-value company shares Millions in muggle currency Tens of thousands of galleons Rare gems and diamonds Magical resources he had never seen before

By the tenth day, Keith's wealth—already unimaginable—had doubled.

But that day's reward was something else entirely.

[System Notification: 10th Sign-In Reward Granted]

[Reward: Devil Fruit — Ope Ope no Mi (No Side Effects)]

Keith froze.

His eyes widened.

"Impossible…" he whispered.

Luna, who was practicing nearby, immediately rushed over.

"Keith? What happened? Are you hurt? Did something activate? Do I need to bring the healer—?"

She nearly lifted him off the ground in panic.

"L-Luna! It's fine! I'm not injured!" Keith quickly said.

Luna only calmed slightly, her hands gripping his shoulders.

"What happened then? Tell me."

Keith leaned in close and whispered, "It's a devil fruit. From my past world's stories. The Ope Ope no Mi."

Luna blinked, confused.

"What does it do?"

Keith explained quietly.

"It lets me create a ROOM… a space where I can manipulate anything. Teleportation, healing, cutting without harm… It's one of the strongest fruits."

Luna stared at him.

Then she grabbed his cheeks.

"KEITH ARGUS RUNCANDEL, DO NOT EVER GIVE ME THAT HEART ATTACK AGAIN!"

He winced. "S-Sorry!"

She pulled him into a fierce hug.

"Tell me before you eat strange things! What if something went wrong?!"

Keith smiled awkwardly and hugged her back.

Once her panic settled, she whispered against his ear:

"…If you ever get another fruit like that… give one to me."

Keith nodded without hesitation.

"Of course. If I get anything fitting your swordsmanship or aura style, I'll save it for you."

Luna's eyes softened, her voice quiet.

"Good… because I want to become strong enough to protect you too."

Keith's heartbeat warmed.

He touched her hand.

"And I'll make sure you're always by my side."

Luna's smile that followed was gentle, deadly beautiful, and full of unspoken promise.
