Chapter 9 - Chapter 9

Everything vanished. The moment Ashur-ll'Zhara made contact with the dark king he teleported to another space.

Ashur found himself now within a dreamscape of stars and bones — the last remaining consciousness of a forgotten god.

And from the shadows of broken planets and decayed stardust rose a giant. Though weakened, his form retained its dignity and weight. Ashur recognized him at once — not by face, but by when he peered into fate.

"Tian," he said.

The Titan nodded. "So. one of Fate finally found me."

"I saw you when I looked into the fate of the dark king.," Ashur replied. "Tell me how it came to this"

Tian looked away. "I was once a noble adult titan. A being so close to the Celestials. I could shape omniverses like sand. But my desire for transcendence blinded me. I found... something. A shard. Living. Whispering."

Ashur frowned. "Was it eldritch." Ashur-ll'Zhara asked but it was more like a statement.

"Yes, I suspect it was a piece of Drexxa'Null-Vaeroth," Tian said. "I consumed it. My evolution began — too fast, too deep. I should have become an Omega Titan. But I didn't. I became *something else*."

His words echoed in the void.

"I fought it. I sealed my own body. Fearing the destruction I might bring to the creation with my power. I even killed myself* to stop what I was becoming. But it wasn't enough. My death birthed creation from my good cosmic essence... and the evil that remained? It became the *Dark King*. My body now houses an entire existence — and a monster that still thinks it owns it."

Ashur's gaze sharpened. "And if the Dark King dies?"

"He resurrects," Tian said bitterly. "As me. A Dark Titan. Again. And I fear what he's gonna do."

The silence grew heavy. Ashur-ll'Zhara thought of Drexxa'Null-Vaeroth the strongest Alpha level eldritch being in existence. Ruler of the primordial chaos. It's not surprising that this omniversal titan fall from just it's piece's corruption.

"Every soul in this existence is part of my energy. The good part. But the longer the Dark King lives, the more he infects. He's trying to reclaim *everything* and return to my core." Tian continued.

Tian knelt, his once-proud form humbled.

"Primordial Elder Gods stand equal to Omega Titans. Please... If there's any way — free them. Free me young fate. Do something before the whole existence pay for my mistake."

Ashur stood still.

He said nothing.

But the threads of fate behind his back began to stir. He was calculating, weaving, watching every future branch at once.

He reached a hand toward Tian — not in salvation yet, but recognition.

Meanwhile, *outside*, reality still lay frozen. But something shifted.

*Omary*, suspended mid-clash, felt heat behind his eyes. His system was awakening again, responding to Ashur's divine interference.

His awareness flickered.

A spark. A twitch.

*He was beginning to move.*

So too was the The dark king. The entity cracked, its skin splitting like stone, black fire leaking from the fractures. The *Dark King* was stirring.

Time would not remain still for long and The Chains will break.

Inside the fractured dreamscape of a dead god, silence gave way to purpose.

Ashur-ll'Zhara stood before the humbled form of *Tian*, the once-mighty Titan whose corpse now served as a universe, whose soul remained shackled to the dark corruption born of temptation.

"You deserve to live," Ashur finally spoke, his voice not loud, but woven with the undeniable power of truth. "Not just for your generosity or your sacrifice. But because *this*—" he gestured to the stars, the galaxies, the countless beings birthed from Tian's essence, "—is your responsibility. You gave them life. You chose to die rather than let them suffer. You deserve a second chance. As a guardian. I'll separate you two."

Tian stared, his gaze full of grief. "If you separate us... the Dark King will be free. He'll no longer be bound to my soul. He will rise… as a *Dark Titan*. A being who can erase multiverses in a whisper, crack the structure of omniverses with a mighty unimaginable. Ashur—he'll become Drexxa's harbinger. He will summon the eldritch legions from the chaos and drown all creation."

Ashur-ll'Zhara stepped closer, his presence warping even the soul-space of the Titan's mind. "I am not just a god, Tian. I am *Fate* incarnate. The Dark Titan may rise—but his *fate* is sealed. He's fated to die on my hands."
