In the end, he shakes his head and points at the flyers before making a busy motion. She smiles and just nods as she turns to head to the cafe, where she usually gets her favorite coffee, acting unaware of his rather intense and almost predatory gaze on her disappearing figure. Humming, she walks with her hands behind her back as she glides down the pavement, drawing gazes from passerby's.
(Watching me so intently, little monster~ well, I suppose it's to be expected after all, just from seeing him, I can already tell he's the obsessive sort, and being silent is probably part of his little performance, and well, master and I did always enjoy a good performance with such liars like him) The woman's thoughts continue as she enters the cafe and walks up to the barista who smiles and asks if they want their usual which she nods at and goes to sit still acting unaware of the clown figure hiding in the shadowed alley across the street who seems to be waiting.
The barista calls out your name, pulling you from your thoughts as you stand and walk to grab it. "Heres your usual, Ms.Sapphire. How's your radio show doing? I heard your studio ran a segment on the Riley Randal rumors, right?" The barista chats as she totals up your order; meanwhile, you just smile and wait, pulling out the cash. "Indeed, dearie, it's rather interesting, isn't it? People enjoy gossip and rumors more than the truth, yet even if I tell them it's a lie, they would rather believe it isn't. Such is the mind of humans, I suppose."
The barista laughs, having labeled your words a joke even if you were serious, as you pay for your drink and go to exit the cafe. Humming, you sip your drink and head back to your radio studio as you feel your little monsters' presence following behind from the shadows. Entering your studio, you flip the lights and get ready to continue your broadcast.
"I'm Back dearies~ Miss me?" She continues her broadcast, spreading rumors, gossip, and even outright lies as her listeners eat up her words. Noticing the time and seeing how it's almost time to eat dinner, she ends the broadcast with her now iconic line. "Well, that ends my broadcast for today, dearies~ Remember to tune in next time for Black Sapphire's Radio for the juicy gossip floating around town~." Black Sapphire smirks as she stands up and grabs her radio staff, and stretches her wings, flapping lightly, having grown cramped from being hidden all day. "Guess i better start looking for my dinner, the last one was rather unsatisfying, truly."
Black Sapphire knows her little monster is listening, but is unable to see inside her studio thanks to her magic blurring the windows' view inside, after all, revealing all her cards so soon ruins the game. Walking out of her studio, she begins prowling the streets, unlike in Earthbread, where she could suck the jam from any cookie she wanted; in this world, it's harder to find prey to satiate her needs.
