'Was he really gonna tease me now?' I simply ignored him ,and this successfully berated his ego.
"Get up now,I'll drive you home" He finally broke the lingering silence in the room.
The drive home was rather quiet.
"See you tomorrow handsome" he said as he drove off.
"Babe, who was that?" Mike questioned,he was standing at the balcony when William dropped me off.
"It's my boss Mike, what's with the question,it's already late and I don't have time for this
"Ohh really,you don't have time to have a simple conversation with your boyfriend,...you have changed since you got this job,this is not you anymore" Mike was whining like a pregnant lady.
I knew this interrogation was not going to end so I ignored him and shut the bedroom door in his face,if not anything,I needed my sleep.
I could hear him threatening that I was gonna regret my actions from across the room. I just need to hang in a little longer,I'll be able to afford my own apartment soon.

The next morning was rather peaceful, I woke to Mike pretending that I do not exist.
I quickly got ready for work.I was surprised to see Williams' car parked in front of our apartment building. What could he want this time?What was he doing here so early?
"Don't just stand there looking,get in, let's go find you an apartment"He looked quite jolly ,was he really interested in helping me out or was he just trying to have more grasp over my life for his plan?
I got into the car without saying a word,he tried to engage me in conversations but I was rather too distracted to pay attention to whatever he was saying,..he got the message soon enough and drove in silence.
"Wait a minute William,this side of the city is quite expensive,I can't afford to get an apartment here" I hesitated as he drove past Oxford to the Mallory family Estate,one of the most expensive residential areas in town.
"Who said anything about you paying?You can't even afford a one bedroom condo downtown even if you wished,so shut up and relax." His tone was a bit harsh,was he offended that I ignored him on our way here?
We stopped in front of an apartment building almost at the end of the Estate. The house agent was already waiting prior to our arrival. We followed her to the last floor of the building, and with a key card ,she let us.
I was amazed, it was a three bedroom condo, already furnished,the siting of the building was so strategic that one could see Buckingham palace from out front.
"Do you like it?" William asked.
"Of course I do" I replied rather sheepishly,at that moment,was I really going to live here from now on.
"How much is it Miss?" William asked the house agent.
"It's just five thousand pounds for the first installment,then two thousand pounds yearly " the agent replied.
"Alright,let me Venmo the money to you now"
The transaction was quick and in a split of a second I was already signing the house document.
I was happy but I still felt a huge sense of debt. William paid two years rent,that's a total of nine thousand pounds. How do I pay back? I have never had such an amount of money in my life.
"Thank you so much sir's" the agent said as she handed the condo keys to me and excused herself.
"Well,i think I deserve a thank you sex or something, don't you think so playboy?" William said as he pulled me closer to me and drove his tongue down mine in a very passionate kiss.
"So this is it Bob?!, after all we have been through?!" Mike barged into the building,he'd been secretly following us all this while.
