Eliora took a slow breath, letting the information settle before another question tugged at her mind.
"What about the full moon?" she asked. "Everyone talks about it as if it's important. What… what makes it special?"
Seer Lorian exchanged a look with the others before answering.
"The full moon strengthens us," he explained. "Every beast, royal or not, feels its pull. Our senses heighten. Our instincts sharpen. Our beasts become more… present."
Seer Elena nodded. "It is the night when our inner beasts are closest to the surface. Some shift more easily. Some become restless while some become more affectionate."
A faint warmth touched her cheeks.
Seer Nora added, "And most prefer to spend this time with their mates. Full moons deepen every bond, chosen or fated. Emotions heighten. Instincts intensify. Touch becomes more."
Eliora's fingers curled in her lap.
Maelina leaned in slightly. "For fated mates… the pull is the strongest. It is the night their bond burns brightest."
