Runar's mind raced through every option he had, but each one ended in failure. Attacking her from outside the battlefield would be useless, because she would likely deflect it without even looking. Setting up a runic trap with the Multiversal cores he had collected would take too long, and the guardian would be dead before the trap was ready. Waiting for her to exhaust herself was equally pointless, because she did not appear to be spending energy in any way he could measure. She was not fighting through power; she was fighting through truth. Her will defined what was allowed to exist, and the guardian was being denied the right to continue existing.
