"Watch your step, little bird," Aldren grunted, his large hand resting lightly on the small of her back as he guided her around a particularly deep, foul-smelling puddle. The Demon Lord, still wearing his glamour of brown eyes and messy black hair, didn't seem to care about the mud splashing his dark leather boots, but he watched the ground in front of Elara with hawkish intensity.
