Because of Sakura's headbutt, Naruto's Transformation Technique couldn't hold. He reverted to his original appearance.
From an angle Sakura couldn't see, Sakyo's face turned so red it looked like it could bleed. She glared at the careless Naruto in shame and fury, wishing she could give him a full genjutsu massage.
Nearby, Hinata curiously studied Sakyo.
She knew Sakyo was a girl, but she didn't understand why Sakyo wanted to keep it hidden from others.

Sakyo looked at the more masculine version of Sasuke and frowned slightly. To prevent Sakura from suspecting she was a girl, Sakyo suddenly thought of a good idea.
She closed her eyes, pictured something, then formed hand seals: "Transformation Technique!"

Hearing the noise, Sakura also looked over.
The smoke cleared, revealing a curvy, golden-haired girl with six whisker marks on her face—a youthful female version of Naruto—standing in front of them.

Unless it was someone extremely close to him, no one would be able to tell that this "Naruto" was fake.
