Lorine and Darian met at a club on her birthday their meeting was like a scene right out of a sweet romance movie how let me tell you:
Lorine's friends decided to celebrate Lorine's 20th birthday at a club. Lorine didn't expect much of their plan, but she agreed either way not knowing she was about to meet her fate.
Many people called this feeling love at first sight but for Lorine it was attraction, lust and much more other than love but a night that should have been a pass and forget, it became the very force that change his life and also hers.
Darian was the very opposite of Lorine, while Lorine life was glitter and gold, full of light and hope, Darian life was a living hell he didn't grew up in a mansion nor were he surrounded by flowers or beautiful scenery.
from the moment Darian came into this world he faces the eyes of the eagle, the harsh truth of this world, his world were full of pain, darkness and we called it the survival of the fittest and to him a delicate flower like Lorine will wither I it but yet still from the very moment his blue cold eyes landed on her, he wanted her, crave her like a hunger lion who hasn't eaten for days, he didn't know why or how it just happen and he hated it not her but the feeling of it.
As fate would have it the guy Darian works for was Lorine's Dad and then he started seeing her in almost all of his day-to-day life, his club, French classes and now she's his boss' daughter she really was making it hard for him to let her go, but to what came as an attraction, something out of this world became his summer in his winter.

"Lorine… is that the guy from the club?" Cece asked the very moment she saw Darian in the exact same corridor Lorine ran out from.


"You are so wild, what did he say? did you guys kiss or something, a number?" The questions from Cece kept flowing and it made Lorine so shocked and confused, she took a deep breath and spoke. "No. We didn't do all that. I was angry and lost my way. He just happened to be there and so I asked him for directions.


"He just happened to be there read the sign girl he actually wanted to hit on you." Cece said.


"This far, and right after you left the club, he even rejected Joelyn."


"He did … and besides, there's no way I'm going to wish my love life upon a club guy, especially when I know nothing about him.


"Lorine, I'm not asking for you to love, I'm asking for you to open up. You have built this wall around your heart and, to be honest, you aren't doing anything about it."


"Well, faith will decide." She said, drafting it off her shoulders like it was nothing and it only made Lily mad.


"Faith... really, I can't believe you. You say you don't believe in love, but you don't even want to give love a chance. Stop pinning every single thing on faith. Sometimes faith just needs a little push." Lily said.


"Okay fine, I promise if I meet him again, I'll take his number."


"Wait a minute, what the hell brought you this far? you can't even hear the club music. What if some thief or bad person jump on you? Or worse."


"I want you in front now." Lily said, glaring at her. She always acts like the mother of their group and Lorine loves her for that.


After that, they all went into the club to have the fun they all came to have. At that moment, Darian had already reached his house, a big penthouse. It was dark, and he just went straight to the shower, and as he stood underneath that shower and the water beating his skin, his mind could help but wonder about Lorine.
