The aftermath of the Abyssal Court's attack leaves Crown Prince Aren Valenhart with new burdens—and new power. The System displays an unexpected message:

Neither elf nor knight is pleased to see their names linked together, but the Resonance grants synchronized boosts when their feelings for Aren intensify—something both deny far too loudly.
Aren leads them toward Asterion City, a fortress built atop ancient dragon veins. There he hopes to find clues about dimensional magic. But the city is on the brink of chaos: dragons have begun awakening beneath the earth, drawn by a disturbance only Aren's arrival can explain.
The trio is joined by a new companion—Mira, a mysterious thief with a dragon-mark across her shoulder. She attempts to steal Aren's spectral crown, only to accidentally trigger the Sovereign System:

Now tied to him by destiny, Mira reluctantly joins the group, her sharp tongue clashing with Seraphine's temper and Lyra's quiet jealousy. Aren has no idea why the System keeps binding powerful women to him—only that each bond pushes him closer to unlocking its true purpose.
When a colossal Earthwyrm Dragon erupts beneath Asterion, Aren unleashes a new ability—Royal Dominion, temporarily forcing the beast to kneel. But the dragon whispers a chilling prophecy:
"The throne you seek is not the throne you lost."
And somewhere beyond the rifts… someone watches him.
