Ren, the First Cultivator, had become the Aspect of Stasis. He had stopped time inside his body, but to fuel this miracle, his body drained the time from everything around him.
He walked through the forest. The trees turned to gray dust. He walked through the river. The water evaporated into dry clouds. He walked past a mountain. The mountain eroded into sand in seconds.
Ren was a walking winter that ended existence.
"I am alone," Ren wept. But his tears did not fall; they froze into diamonds of concentrated time.
He tried to go back to the Great Canyon to hide. But Brave Sun (The Sun) saw him.
"Monster!" Brave Sun roared from the sky. "You stole the River of Time! You are eating Father's blood!"
Brave Sun threw spears of solar fire. Ren did not dodge. The fire hit Ren's skin and vanished. The fire aged and died before it could burn him.
Ren realized he could not be killed. He could not be destroyed. He was an eternal mistake.
