Rain hammered against the windows of the safehouse as night swallowed the city. Inside, the five sat around the dining table-turned-operations desk. Maps, screens, and printed files covered every inch of space, but tonight… something new sat in the center.
A small, black envelope.
Unmarked.
Mysterious.
And definitely not from any of them. 💬
Maria stared at it.
"It was on the doorstep when I opened the door to check the rain," she said quietly.
Ravihan's jaw tensed.
"They've never contacted us directly. Not like this." 🙄
Eric swallowed.
"What if it's a trap? A toxin? Something from the White Circle?" 💥
Feriha looked at it carefully,no strange smell, no odd powder, no sting in the air.
"Let's open it. But carefully."
Ravihan slipped on gloves and lifted the envelope. Everyone leaned forward.
Inside was a folded piece of paper. 🗞
He opened it slowly, expecting poison markings, coded threats, or symbols.
Instead… a single line was written in trembling handwriting:
"The Circles are rotting from inside. Find me. I know their weakness." 😥
Elisa's eyes widened.
"A spy?"
Maria shook her head.
"No. Someone desperate." ✔
Ravihan turned the note over. A faint signature was scribbled at the bottom:
Eric leaned in.
"If this is real, a member of the Mastermind Army wants to help us?" 🔘
Maria frowned.
"Feriha, Elisa, you two step back. If this is a setup, Ravihan and I will handle the follow-up." 😖
But Feriha stepped forward boldly.
"No. Whoever this is… they risked everything. We should at least hear them out."
Ravihan nodded after a long moment.
"She's right. A Blue Circle insider could break the entire system." 🔵
Ravihan noticed something faint,almost invisible,on the back of the letter.
He held it near the lamp.
Letters appeared slowly under the heat. 🕯
"North Ridge Park. Midnight. Alone."
Maria rolled her eyes.
"Of course. Alone. Classic setup for murder." 🌃
Eric sighed.
"That's definitely suspicious."
Feriha clenched her fists.
"What if they're being hunted? What if we're their only hope?" ♨
Elisa whispered,
"They're scared… I can feel it."
Maria took a deep breath.
"Fine. We're going,but not unprepared." 💼
Ravihan switched the board to a digital map.
"North Ridge Park has three exits. Two blind corners. One abandoned watchtower."
He looked at Eric.
"You and Maria take the rooftops. High ground." 🏢
Maria nodded.
"Got it."
"Elisa stays with Feriha," Ravihan added.
"Both of you remain behind the fountain until I give the signal." 📌
Feriha glanced at him, worry in her eyes.
"And you?"
"I'll meet the informant alone," he said.
"But I won't be alone—not really. You four will be watching."
Maria smirked.
"Welcome to the battlefield." ⚔
