Inside the Safehouse control room, the screens flickered with live CCTV feeds.
Ravihan leaned forward, hands gripping the edge of the table, Eric stood frozen behind him, and Feriha pressed her shaking fingers to her mouth. 🤦
On the main monitor, Selene knelt before the tiny girl,the girl Feriha had dreamed of her entire life.
Her sister.
But she didn't recognize her.
Didn't blink at her name.
Didn't even look familiar. 😣
And then they watched the unthinkable.
Selene placed the small device into the child's hand and whispered,
"Destroy them."
The room went cold. 🌬
Feriha's breath hitched painfully.
"No… no, she's just a child. She doesn't know what she's doing,Selene brainwashed her…"
Eric clenched his jaw.
"She's terrified. Look at her hands;they're shaking. She's not evil. Selene made her this way."
Ravihan's voice broke through the silence.
"Listen carefully both of you… that device she's holding?"
He zoomed in on the image. 💥
"It's a trigger. A micro‑detonator.
If she plants it near us and Selene activates it… the blast radius will kill everyone in the room."
Feriha felt her knees weaken.
"My little sister… Selene is using her as a weapon." 🔗
Suddenly;
BEEP! 🛑
One of the warning alarms lit up red.
Eric stiffened.
"She's close. Selene and the girl are entering the outer corridor." 👀
Ravihan moved instantly, grabbing his gun and pulling the emergency panel.
"Not good. We don't confront them directly. Selene trained for years,she knows how to manipulate a situation. And the girl… she's unpredictable."
Feriha's voice shook.
"What do we do?" 😣
Ravihan hit a button.
The Safehouse lights dimmed.
The steel doors loosened with a soft click.
"We escape through Exit 7. It connects to the old drainage tunnel. From there, we head to the fallback safehouse." 🌁
Eric grabbed Feriha's hand.
"Come on. No mistakes."
They rushed into the hallway.. 🏃
