Austin's POV
The familiar stone walls of the Academy came into view as Austin and Lara made their way back to campus. His brother's warriors had already delivered his belongings, efficiently unpacking everything in his dormitory room before departing for home territory. Austin thanked them personally before they left, grateful for their loyalty and swift action.
Rather than spending time organizing his possessions, Austin had far more pressing needs. He led Lara directly to her room, his hands already working at her clothing before the door fully closed behind them. Every moment away from her had been torture, and now he intended to remind both of them exactly who she belonged to.
Hours later, thoroughly satisfied that he had properly reclaimed his mate, Austin reluctantly pulled himself from the tangled sheets.
"Where are you headed?" Lara murmured sleepily, burrowing deeper into the warm bedding.
