Riyana and the strange mother ran all the way from home to the school.
It was a full half-hour walk, but the two of them had chased after Ethan at their fastest speed, running all the way here. They were practically exhausted.
The strange mother was fine. She was Riyana's puppet to begin with, so she didn't understand what being tired meant.
But Riyana was just a pitiful nightmare monster. Chasing after someone had almost made her fall apart. Why did this have to happen.
Riyana wanted to cry, but couldn't.
"Ahhh! I'm so pissed off!
"
"I'm going to catch this damn idiot, rip his skin off, and make it into my schoolbag!"
"Then I'll rip his face off and make it into a mask!"
"Then I'll dig out all his organs and make human offal soup!!"
BOOM!
However, just as Riyana was still outside the school, raging furiously.
A beam of white light suddenly shot straight into the sky from the warehouse inside the school, lighting up the entire night sky.
"Damn it, how did he find the door so quickly!"
Riyana took one look at the white light and immediately knew that Ethan had found where the door was.
Because that was the white light that appeared at the instant the door appeared.
"Quick, get inside! Don't let him escape!"
"Yes!"
The strange mother charged ahead, rushing straight toward the school's fenced gate.
BANG!
The strange mother's strength was ridiculously great.
With one collision, the school gate was actually sent flying.
Riyana and the strange mother naturally followed one after another, quickly rushing toward the warehouse.
Inside the warehouse, Ethan had already used the alloy key to open the door.
Dazzling white light poured out from inside the door, making it impossible to see what was on the other side. But Ethan knew that the instant he stepped through the door, the game would be over.
"You... found the door?"
Riyana finally ran into the warehouse, but what she saw was the already-open door and Ethan standing beside it.
Ethan smiled at Riyana and said, "Yeah, it was pretty easy to find! It's just that you two are a little slow. I just wanted to say goodbye before I left. After all, who knows when we'll see each other again."
"You're really shameless!", Riyana was actually angered into laughing. The ferocity on her face gradually disappeared, and she turned back into the appearance of Ethan's younger sister and said, "But do you know? The nightmares in this world all come from the nightmares deep within your hearts. What exactly have you been through? Why are your little sister and your mother like this?"
"None of your damn business!", Ethan's eyes turned cold as he said, "Tell me, what do you think will happen if I throw all these heads you got into the room outside the door?"
"You dare?!"
Riyana exploded again.
But Ethan looked at Riyana and pulled up the left corner of his mouth as he said, "If you don't give me something good, you'll see whether I dare or not! Since I've come all this way, I have to take something back with me, right? Otherwise, wouldn't I be losing out!"
"Bastard!", Riyana cursed angrily.
But when she looked at the huge basket of human heads in Ethan's hands, she didn't dare to gamble.
In the end, she gritted her teeth and forcefully thrust her own hand into her eye, then dug out an eyeball and threw it in front of Ethan, saying, "This is the Eye of Nightmare. Put it into your eye, and you'll be able to easily see through dreams in the future. Is that enough?"
"That'll do," Ethan directly tipped the entire basket of heads toward Riyana, like he was playing bowling, and said, "Go!"
BANG!
The strange mother, who had just rushed in from outside, was immediately knocked down by Ethan's human-head bowling ball.
Riyana, however, finally managed to dodge the attack because her hands and feet were extremely nimble.
But in just the blink of an eye, Ethan had already stepped through the door with one foot, while waving at Riyana and saying, "Bye, Mom. Bye, Sis!"
