When I opened her profile I was not prepared for what I saw.
Pictures, tons of pictures.
Most of the pictures were of cars, from what looks like other car meets. Considering the crowds and the night atmosphere.
The car that had the most pictures was her own car. She had so many pictures of her car you would have thought that this account was for the car not her.
And then there was her.
I thought I knew she was pretty, but take her out of the work uniform and the fluorescent lights. She really transcends my imagination.
Perhaps that's not the best thing to say, but an outfit really does change who you are.
And she was very different in the pictures.
Baggy black jeans, a tight black crop top, and a loose jacket over the top.
I'm not usually one to like this style but she pulled it off.
She was only about 5 foot 4 (162.5 cm) tall. She was a cute and pretty light skinned Latina with a button nose and full lips.
Her eyes were sharp and black, just as black as her wolf cut, and just as sharp as her jaw line.
On the more crude side of things the crop top showed off her ample chest. Which seemed bigger than they appeared in her blue work shirt.
Her waist was also thin but had a healthy softness to it.
The baggy pants hid her legs but from what I saw earlier when she was in tight black pants for work. She had a lovely pear shape.
However these pictures make her look more hourglass like.
Now as much as I like looking at her pictures I don't want to accidentally like a super old photo, so I close the app and go back to reading

My mom decided we stayed long enough at 11:30 at night.
"Hey, bud we are heading out now."
"Ok."
I patted my pockets to make sure I had everything. I did so I walked to the door with her where granny was waiting.
Mom and I both hug granny and say our goodbyes.
We walk down the stairs and get into the car.
I start the car and we drive away while waving goodbye.
After turning the corner and disappearing from the view of the house I started, "Oh, by the way, I made a friend today while I was at WorstBuy."
"Oh, really? That's great."
"Yeah. Anyway there is a car meet tomorrow and they want me to go."
"Well, that sounds like fun, are you planning on going?"
"Yep, that's kinda why I mentioned it."
"Oh, haha. I guess so. But I'm glad you're making friends."
"Yeah."
"So, what did you buy at WorstBuy?"
"Some more solar panels and things that were on sale."
"Wasn't that expensive?"
"Yeah, kinda. But, I managed to make a little money from stocks online."
"Thats great. I'm so proud of you, I knew you would be good at that. Do you want to take a look at what mine are doing or take over? I know I have offered before, but you never really took much interest."
"Umm, yeah I can take a look. But, I won't make any promises." I said that knowing full well I would probably make her a lot more money than the investment firm it was currently in.
"Yeah, that's ok. I just want you to have something to do."
"Ok."
And with that the rest of the ride home was in a peaceful silence.

Once we were home I changed, brushed my teeth, then went straight to bed.

The next day was a Saturday. Saturday, October 18.
I woke up to minimal clouds in the sky and a weather forecast of clear weather and high temps in the upper 70s.
The night would dip down into the 40s but the weather would stay clear.
That would be good for the date? Is this a date?
I don't know. I'll just be casual about it. It really isn't that important.
Either way I have time to kill until 10 o'clock tonight.
The stock market isn't open today, so I won't be making any money. But, I can still get some experience with the new toys and upgrade them at least once.
I put a little bit of experience on them yesterday but not enough to upgrade.
I brushed my teeth and got ready, but I decided to hold off on the shower and just take one later. When it was closer to the time to leave.
So I grabbed a bowl of cereal and went to my office to try some new gadgets out.
The computers were still up and running from yesterday afternoon, so now that I was here they would be gaining more experience. So let's start by grabbing another item.
Which would be best?
I think the best option would be the AR glasses as they would be the most universally usable.
I bought the AR glasses that were not the best, but looked the most incognito.
For whatever reason the best were these glasses that had separate lenses. One was for the glasses, the other was for the mini screen.
They look all kinds of goofy, I really don't know who would buy these over the ones I got which looked like how you would imagine.
Just glasses that are slightly thick and have cameras in the corners.
Hopefully with a few upgrades they will slim down.
I remove them from the box and plug them in. The annoying thing is that the charging port is in between the eyes on the nose bridge.
So there is this clip and cable that kind of get in the way while charging. There is a charging stand but that means I can't use the glasses while they charge.
I guess I will just have to get used to the clip and cable.
But now that they are out of the box and receiving power, I can turn them on and start the set up.
