Before Dion could even understand that he'd died, something changed.
A sensation like rising through warm water.
A soft whisper.
A distant bell which for some reason sounded like a cow bell...
Then—
Light.
Color.
Warmth.
He gasped.
He was standing—no, placed—in the middle of a massive, opulent throne room. The air smelled faintly of flowers and weirdly like strawberry milk.
'Great…' he thought, 'Just the scent I wanted to smell after being railed by over two tons of dairy loaded steel…'
The marble floor gleamed like polished moonstone.
Gigantic statues lined the walls, and in the center of the room, framed by golden pillars, stood a large fountain made entirely of white stone, water cascading down the form of a serene goddess cradling a bowl.
Dion swallowed.
"…Okay. So this definitely isn't the hospital."
The hall was silent, yet soft music seemed to hum under the air itself. Warm, divine, and overwhelmingly peaceful.
He began pacing around the room, carefully studying each of the statues one by one.
Oddly enough, they all appeared to picture cowgirls, the kind you'd expect to find on an R34 page…
The first statue was a scantily clad cow girl bent over as she milked a cow into a pail. The it was scarily detailed AA the micro bikini-like outfit she wore tightly clubs to her well endowed, motherly figure, and her private parts were clearly outlined despite the stone-cloth covering.
The next, a similarly clothed cowgirl reading a book to children.
There were also several statues depicting a cow girl breast feeding. One held a baby to her teat, the others held children of varying ages and genders, and some even depicted grown men suckling. Among these statues, many were lying in her lap. There were also several similar statues where the cow girl was using a baby bottle and some where they figure was merely acting as a lap pillow.
Among these statues, there were a few that stood out as especially lewd. These fell into two categories: statues depicting cow girls milking themselves in varying poses and statues that depicted two or more cow girls in various yuri situations.
After examining the statues his eyes moved onto the center fountain. The statue that was its centerpiece was the only statue where the cow girl was fully nude, and it was both far larger and far more detailed than the others. The water of the fountain squirted out in streams from the nozzle-like nipples that extended from the gigantic stone breasts. The bowl she held was wide and shallow, and it constantly overflowed with the water which then fell like a thin waterfall around the rim of the bowl into the fountains base and dropped from the heavenly lithic figure.
Then his observation of what he mentally dubbed the "cow goddess fountain" was interrupted—
A gentle voice like sunlight breaking through clouds echoed with a calming melody:
"Welcome, little one. You've traveled far… and quite abruptly."
Dion turned.
Unnoticed by him there was someone seated on the thrown. And not just anyone, the person- no, the woman seated on the thrown was beauty incarnate. She gave off a motherly vibe and her unrivaled beauty combined with her voluptuous figure, that her white gown did nothing to hide, clearly depicted this woman as the mother of mothers.
The ultimate mommy.
The Divine Incarnation of MILFs…
His jaw dropped and he made an audible 'gulp' at the sight. An act that received a polite chuckle from the goddess before him.
"What an adorable child, amusing too, I'm now sure I was correct in choosing you…"
Spurred into recovering from his state of shock, Dion softly stumbled, "Um… huh… Me? Adorable? You chose… Wait! I'm sorry, but I'm lost. Where am I? What happened? And might I perhaps have your name miss…"
"Lacticia. My name is Lacticia, and as I'm sure you're aware, you got killed by a milk truck. As for where you are, you're in my home. I'm sure you're very confused but there's no need to worry I assure you. All of your questions will be answered in time."
Dion immediately closed his mouth and abandoned what he was about to say. He now simply gazed at the woman he now knows as Lacticia, awaiting for further explanation.
"Now, to answer the questions I'm sure you were about to ask, I am a goddess. More specifically one what the divine hierarchy would call a transcendent. You see, the multiverse that you read about in various fictitious works during your life, is real, and many of those works were inspired by coincidental overlapping of non-physical reflections of different universes and their timelines. This is the result of what we multiversal deities call 'The Law of Transparency.' Basically, the intangible, 'transparent' concepts that are woven into these universes are randomly reflected and refracted randomly in the form of what can only be described as pure information. The reason certain stories may favor a specific character is due to three reasons: the author's personal choice, the random information being from that perspective purely by chance, and in some cases where the main character is literally a core figure or keystone in that universe's history."
"Now as for what my position as a transcendent being is, I'm basically a deity of the multiverse. All universe's have gods in some shape or form and so do world's that inhabit them. They govern a specific domain over their specific territory. Ironically enough, the gods of different worlds across the multiverse tend to be similar or the same to varying degrees. At least that's the case for most worlds, some worlds have gods that lack a consciousness or a sense of individuality and are just embodiments of their concept. As for my identity, I am the goddess who presides over life, growth, fertility, family, motherhood, and love in the vast multiverse that your universe exists in."
"Now, I'll explain what happened to you and why you're here. Basically, I took an interest in you and had you Isekai'd. The concept of 'Truck-kun' often depicted in Japanese anime and manga in your world is an actual thing. We multiversal gods and goddesses have a connection with a specific truck connected with our individual domains that we can use to select individuals for reincarnation. In my case it's a milk truck as I'm sure you've guessed by now. You see, I have chosen you and plan to reincarnate you. I apologize for ending your previous life, but I assure you that you'll enjoy the new life I'm offering."
"And what is this new life and why me? I'm not exactly someone special…"
"Please don't be sad dear, I chose you out of a sense of motherly affection. You have experienced many unfortunate events in your short life due to what can only be described as insanely bad luck of divine proportions. I want to give you a chance at happiness. I want you to become my ambassador, to serve as my apostle. I just want you to live a life in another world as my priest and worshipper."
"That's it?" Dion asked, stunned by what seemed to be far too simple of an explanation.
"Yes! I want you to become my child and to live a fulfilling life and to find happiness!"
Dion accidentally thinks aloud, "So a multiversal being wants to be my Isekai sugar mommy?"
"Huhuhuhu haha" Lacticia laughs, "Yes sweet child, that is one way to put it."
"Now, I'll explain your reincarnation and role. I'm reincarnating you in another world, one that you are familiar with: the world of Danmachi, where gods and goddesses have descended and children of varying races fight monsters and myths are a reality. I'm going to incarnate you as your teenage self inside the dungeon city of Orario. I've already decided on the perfect familia for you to join and I'm sure you'll be more than happy with it. Once you're reborn you'll understand. As for your 'magical Isekai cheat abilities' that you'll receive as my apostle, you will be able to strengthen yourself in various forms by drinking milk, specifically breast milk. You'll receive some abilities from the women who you drink from, as well as receiving certain other benefits. Aside from that you're free to pursue a life of your choosing. My only hope is to watch you for my own entertainment, to see you find happiness, and to see you drink lots of milk. Any questions?"
"Yes, just one." Dion replies, "Will I ever see you again?"
"Of course my child, we will meet again, and I promise to visit you plenty in the future whether it's in a physical form or in your dreams. So, look forward to it, I know I will. Now, Dion Galador, I send you off in my name, the goddess Lacticia."
