Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: “The Law Keeper and the New Ally”

Zhasulan Abdullauly:

"Yes, of course… I will do what you ask… as much as I am able to. I also do not want illegality, injustice, or favoritism to exist—whether in school or in Kazakhstan as a whole. Even if we set Kazakhstan aside, at the very least I want our school to be united and peaceful for everyone. I want my village and my school to improve. I want us to live in harmony. That is all I wish for."

Aibar:

"Agreed. Then, starting today, I become the Law Keeper. I will establish my own rules in this school."

Zhasulan Abdullauly:

"Permission granted. Starting today, the official position of 'Law Keeper' is introduced in our school."

Ting, Ting, Ting…

The sound of the bell echoes through the corridors. The first shift's classes come to an end. The students, noisy and excited, rush toward the exit, happy to finally go home. But the school president—Nurdaulat Samatuly—stops everyone and orders all students to proceed to the assembly hall.

Whispers spread among the students:

"Tch… why?"

Students and teachers begin gathering in the hall. Even the second-shift students are called in. Soon, the hall is filled with teachers and students alike.

Aibar steps onto the stage.

Aibar:

"Greetings to everyone once again. I apologize for taking up your time. However, this meeting is important for all of us. Starting today, I officially announce that I am the Law Keeper of this school."

A student from the lower grades—or possibly from the second shift—raises his hand.

Aibar:

"Yes, go ahead."

Younger Student:

"What is a Law Keeper, and what does he do?"

Aibar:

"That is a very appropriate question. However, I cannot answer it right now… You will see for yourself later. What is your name, little brother?"

Younger Student:

"My name is Almaz."

Aibar:

"Almaz, you asked a very good question. I won't delay the answer for long. Will you wait?"

Almaz:

"Yes," he replies.

From that day on, Aibar devoted himself entirely to the school. He dismantled the secret gatherings of troublemakers and destroyed the illegal funds collected by senior students who extorted money from others. Strict order was established. Aibar punished anyone who broke the rules harshly and without mercy. Even the parents of the troublemakers had no right to file complaints with the school.Because Aibar had presented clear evidence of their sons' delinquent actions, he left every parent without any room to file a complaint. Moreover, the parents had fully learned about what had happened to Asanali. For that reason, none of them could speak against Aibar. No parent wanted their own son to be labeled a criminal, and as they gradually became convinced of Aibar's fairness, they entrusted their children to him.

Aibar, in turn, gave his word and promised to continue protecting the school—and even the world itself. The parents were worried about their children. However, they knew that the Organization's target was the school, and they also knew that even if the school were abandoned, once the Organization destroyed it, the world would be doomed. In short, everyone had become dependent on Aibar.

One day, Aibar happened to run into Almaz.

Aibar:

"I think you've received the answer to your question, little man."

Almaz smiled.

Almaz:

"Yes, kind sir. You saved me from those senior students who were demanding money from me. Thank you."

Almaz thought to himself:

"And also… you helped my poor family financially. You think you hid it from me, but I recognized you immediately. I saw you handing the money to my father. Thank you. I… I want to become like you. You are my idol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Lost in his thoughts, Almaz stood there, smiling faintly.

Aibar:

"And…? What else were you going to say? My time is valuable. Speak quickly."

Almaz:

"Oh… I'm sorry… it's nothing. Goodbye."

He walked away.

More than a week had passed since Aibar became the Law Keeper. Within the school, he now carried three titles:

The Red Monster

The Law Keeper (official)

Hero (to everyone). Thus, Aybar solved all the problems of the school. He became someone who contributed greatly to the school. He accomplished remarkable work until the summer vacation. During the summer vacation, he went on vacation, and the school students went on summer vacation as well. Meanwhile, Aybar's reputation soared and had reached its peak.

So, during the third month of the summer vacation, Aybar worked in his natural greenhouse (his garden). In other words, Aybar is a very wealthy boy (extremely rich in Kazakhstan or even in the world). He exports surplus products and runs his businesses. He has a lot of affairs, and they are overwhelming.

At the same time, Aybar explored the illegal world and still does. That is, he uses his teacher Azamat's name as his father on official documents, while he himself turns 15 on October 11, though on his passport for traveling abroad, it says 22. He travels abroad to explore, learn, and gain knowledge. In other words, he is studious and curious.

Aybar's favorite country is Japan. He has traveled to Japan many times.

During the last month of summer vacation, he goes to Japan alone for a holiday. The reason Aybar likes Japan is that, compared to Kazakhstan, it is clean, its people are peaceful, and the country is beautiful. Therefore, he enjoys relaxing there.

However, time passes, and September 1 approaches; only one week remains until the vacation ends. Aybar has already booked a ticket for tomorrow. But today, he encounters an unexpected event.Aybar enters the store to buy some clean, fresh products. However, inside the store, there is a girl about 160–170 cm tall (wearing somewhat dirty clothes, but she looks like a cute Japanese girl). The girl is asking the cashier for ready-made food, and the moment the cashier hands it to her, she realizes she doesn't have enough money and runs away.

Aybar doesn't block her path. The cashier, now angry, is about to chase after the girl. Aybar steps in and says: "I'll pay for it myself." He additionally buys a plastic-bottled drink and the items he needs, then pays for both the girl's food and his own purchases.

Meanwhile, the girl is in a dead-end alley, in a corner, hurriedly and anxiously eating the food when she starts choking. Aybar approaches her and, in Japanese, says: "Here, take it—I bought this for you," offering her the drink.

The girl looks at him suspiciously, takes the bottle from his hand, and drinks the water. She thanks him and says: "You're kind."

Aybar replies: "Thank you… And don't worry, eat slowly—your food isn't running away from you. I already paid for it."

The girl looks at him in surprise and thanks him again. Aybar asks: "Do you have parents or anywhere to go?"

The girl answers: "No."

Aybar says: "Then, starting right now, I'm your older brother. What's your name?"

The girl looks at him in astonishment and says: "My name is Ayaka… Ayaka Takahashi. You're going to be my brother? How is that possible?"

Aybar: "Don't get the wrong idea—I'm offering this with good intentions. Would you come with me to Kazakhstan? My 'father'—actually my teacher—can quickly prepare the documents for you by tomorrow. Of course, it'll cause a bit of trouble. We'll make you my little sister on paper. Also, according to the documents, you'll be 20 years old."

Ayaka, feeling a bit shy, agrees.

Aybar: "Then what are we waiting for? Let's go." He takes her to the apartment he's renting.

Aybar: "Treat it like your own home."

He prepares a place for her to sleep.

Aybar: "Tomorrow we fly to Kazakhstan. The documents will be ready by morning."

Ayaka: "Aren't you scared?"Aybar: Why? Should I be scared?

Ayaka: Because what if I trick you and rob you? In this world where no one can be trusted, you're letting me into your home.

Aybar: Hmm... If you were planning to rob me, a person like that wouldn't bother saying something like this to me in the first place. Second, I can read people's minds, and you have a lot of secrets. But I won't interfere with them.

Aybar: Good night, he says, and goes to sleep.

Then morning comes, all the documents are ready. Aybar and Ayaka board the plane together. As the plane takes off—shuuurrr… Ayaka's stomach growls loudly from hunger.

Aybar gives her all the food he has.

Ayaka: You too… she says, offering him some food with her own hands.

Aybar: I'm full, he replies, even though in reality he is extremely hungry himself.

And so they fly and arrive in Kazakhstan.

Ayaka is actually a member of an organization—one of its highest-ranking members, in fact, one of its founders (her real current age is 18). Ayaka's goal, before possibly destroying the world, is to test whether there is still even the smallest reason to have mercy on it—whether a tiny spark of kindness remains in humanity. She doesn't know that Aybar killed Asanali, but she has heard that Asanali is dead.

Ayaka's plan:

First, she wanted to test the cashier—would he give food for free to someone truly in need?

However, Ayaka noticed that the cashier was about to chase after her from behind. At the same time, she also noticed Aybar, who stopped the cashier.

Afterward, she decided to test Aybar further, so she deliberately didn't run far away—instead she stopped in a nearby dead-end alley, in a corner, and started eating there. Aybar noticed this too: she didn't flee far, but stopped close by. Yet Aybar said nothing.

In this way, both of them silently analyzed and thought about each other in their minds as they went along.Aibar and Ayaka live together peacefully until school starts. During that time, Ayaka grows deeply attached to Aibar. At the same time, she discovers that Aibar's real age is actually 14.

School begins.

Aibar's style: black trousers, black turtleneck, black shoes, black cloak (with the words "Discipline Prefect" on it. He doesn't wear the cloak — he simply drapes it over his shoulders).

As Aibar is about to head to school, Ayaka asks:

"Can I come with you too?"

Aibar:

"Alright… let's go."

Aibar had already bought her beautiful clothes and helped her get dressed nicely.

When the two arrive at school, Ayaka immediately realizes something.

Ayaka (whispering to herself so no one hears):

"This… is exactly the school we were supposed to destroy. And the person I sent… someone killed him…"

Aibar:

"What's wrong?"

Ayaka (flustered):

"Ah… it's nothing!"

Ayaka (whispering to herself again):

"My spy is monitoring every single camera across Kazakhstan right now. I will personally kill anyone who stands in my way!"

As they enter the school, they are greeted with a banner reading "Discipline Prefect" and a red carpet. Ayaka doesn't understand what's going on.

Until the end of classes, she watches in amazement as Aibar brings order to what was once a terrible school, making it disciplined and well-behaved. She keeps staring at Aibar in astonishment.

Classes end. Aibar and Ayaka return home.

Late at night, after everyone has gone to sleep, there is a knock on Ayaka's bedroom window. She quietly opens it. It is her spy.

The spy reveals the full truth about Aibar.

Ayaka (to herself):

"I already sensed it deep down… but I didn't want it to be true."

Then she jumps out the window and flees.

The next morning, Aibar searches for her but cannot find Ayaka.

Aibar eventually stops searching — because he had already begun to suspect her.

Aibar continues living his normal life, maintaining discipline in the school.

Meanwhile, Ayaka returns to her organization and to her original position.

Aibar goes about his daily routine — his reputation continues to grow. He transforms the most criminal school in all of Kazakhstan into the country's #1 most peaceful, disciplined, and wonderful school. He replaces old items with new ones and brings massive changes to the school, paying for everything out of his own pocket.

Everyone at the school is extremely grateful to him. Aibar warns that the school could become a battleground in the conflict with the organization, but he assures them that if anything gets damaged or destroyed in a fight, he will personally pay for the repairs from his own funds.

Some of the younger students and children start idolizing Aibar.

One day, when Aibar arrives at school, the vice-principal (Ramazan) says he has something to ask and hands him an envelope:

"Please deliver this to the principal. This document must not be opened even by you — just hand it over. I trust you."

Ramazan:

"Alright, I'm going."

After the vice-principal leaves, Aibar reads what is written on the outside of the envelope:

"New student – 9A class" (with an attached letter).

Aibar does not open the letter, but he understands that a new student will be joining his class — since he himself is in 9A.

Aibar begins his usual routine of keeping order in the classroom. The director, Mr. Jasulan, came and said:

"Ramazan told me he would give me an important document. You have it, right?"

Aibar:

"Yes, here it is," he said, handing it over.

So Jasulan took it and went back to his office.

Aibar continued with his paperwork and kept tidying up the classroom.

Gradually, all the students began to arrive, and soon the subject teacher came in as well.

The lesson started. Some time passed, and in the middle of the class, the class teacher, Erbol-agai, entered and asked the subject teacher:

"May I take a moment of your time?"

The teacher replied:

"Of course."

Erbol-agai:

"We have a new student who just arrived. His name is Nikita Alexandrovich. Let me call him now."

"Nikita!" he called.

A boy walked in.

He was rather short — about 168 cm tall.

Everyone in the class stared in surprise.

Because he turned out to have red eyes — just like Aibar.

(Black hair, wearing a black suit with trousers, a blue shirt underneath. His appearance was very handsome, with delicate, fine-boned features — a slender, graceful young guy rather than muscular or heavily built.)

He entered the classroom and introduced himself:

Nikita (in Kazakh):

"Hello everyone. Yes, I'm Russian, but as you can see, my appearance and the language I'm speaking don't really match my nationality. Haha," he said with a slight smile.

Nikita:

"Even though I'm Russian, I speak Kazakh fluently, so don't worry — I'm sure we'll get along just fine, all of us."

Then, as Erbol had already introduced:

"My full name is Nikita Alexandrovich Kovalev. Very pleased to meet you all."

Baqzhan:

"Alexandr… Are you Alexey's younger brother?"

Nikita:

"Exactly. I'm his younger brother."

Baqzhan:

"Your voice sounds kind of unusual."

Nikita:

"I don't know… Guess that's just how God made me," he replied with a shrug.

Nikita:

"Teacher, may I take my seat now?"

Erbol:

"Of course… Third row, that empty desk at the back in the fourth row — hope you don't mind."

Nikita:

"No, it's fine, teacher," he said and sat down.

Erbol:

"Alright then. Good luck with your lessons," he said and left to attend to his own business.

The lesson continued.

Aibar became curious about the new student and went over to sit next to him.

Aibar:

"Hi, nice to meet you. My name is Aibar."

Nikita smiled slightly:

"Meeting you feels somehow… weighty / serious."

Then he added:

"But anyway, I'm glad to meet you too."

Nikita:

"By the way… do you know the Law Keeper?"

Aibar:

"Yeah, of course. Pretty much everyone knows him except maybe me… Why, what's up? Tell me."

Nikita:

"Where is he right now? And are you friends with him?"

Aibar:

"I don't know exactly where he is at the moment. And yeah, we're friends — though we don't hang out that much. But in my opinion, he's a good guy."

Nikita:

"Hmm… Well, I don't like him."

Aibar:

"Why? You haven't even seen him properly or talked to him yet, and you already dislike him? That's kind of strange. Did he do something wrong?"
