Synopsis
He spent years writing a list of names. Ninety-nine people. Ninety-nine sins. Ninety-nine debts that must be paid. When the list is complete, he finally breathes and then the killing begins. Some hide and others run to the police. Some pretend they don’t deserve what’s coming. But every single name on the Booklist will fall. No mercy. No humanity left to appeal to. He disappears into the country, leaving his “family” behind, and becomes a phantom the media calls a monster. A teacher. A destroyer. A man who plans every kill like a lesson carved in blood. They think he’s doing this for justice. Some think he’s doing this for someone else. They have no idea what really drives him. And by the time the truth is revealed, the last name on the list will already be crossed out. A/N: Gore, gore, gore, gore, gore, that's all I want for this book, and unless I can't project my imagination in writing this... The tags and audience restriction is there for a reason

With a sigh, will finally stopped scribbling slowly on the paper as he stared at the little book in front of him.

"finally, with this, the preparations are complete" Williams said with a smirk as he merely spun on the revolving chair turning to a computer that was behind him just to see an email he had already opened beforehand with an already written message addressed to exactly ninety nine differently email addresses all that was left was for him to hit the send button.

Or even better, he turned his chair again and took out a little digital camera from the drawer below the desk he used to write, flipping through pages of the book he took images, five of them and uploaded them to the bulk email he was about to send.

With a lick of his lips he hit the send button and that was the first step he took towards chaos in this path of no return.

In this room of darkness where only the light of the computer screen illuminated his surroundings, he stared intently watching all the emails show a delivered notification before getting up and walking towards the bathroom.

Meanwhile at another part of this world though still in west Africa, it was nighttime.

A lady and her husband were busy trying to make more kids with subtle moans of pleasure and smack of two skins when her phone suddenly rang out loudly in an unfamiliar tone, this momentarily drew a pause to their act but regardless with the pleasure so high at the moment they ignored it despite consecutive rings.

However she was not the only one, a few other people around this part of the world also got such a notification, and with only a handful of them actually checking the message due to timing and other factors.

Some minutes later Williams walked out of the bathroom, and although he could not see himself properly but it mattered not, he walked towards the same desk and opened another drawer, seeing a schoolbag inside, he took it out and under the school bag were currencies of major nations as well as passports of varying colors.

He neatly bundled them into the schoolbag and slung them over his back, he opened the next drawer where he digital camera came from and other electronics laid in there but he did not plan to get them, going below he checked the two last

drawers to find some clothes and some materials like recyclable equipment, alas he planned to touch none of these as well and left the drawers open.

Looking around the large room which was now clustered with makeshift items and dirt, Williams only unplugged a USB flash from the computer while simultaneously tearing open the system unit to take out the hard drive.

He scanned the place once more before his eyes landed on the book which had the names and reluctantly threw it into the bag pack as well.

He wore a wristwatch and a glove along with a thorough black three piece suit, a leather shoe and some currency of the present country in his hand was all he needed.

The next step was to erase himself through the most logical appealing way to him which was a fire.

William walked into the makeshift kitchen and a second later with a sound like two switches coming on, he walked back to the room, picked up his bag and left the room

He had only less than five minutes unless he would be caught up in it, outside his room door was an opposite room and he was on the passage.

He lived on the top floor of a two story building and this building had fifty studio apartment sized rooms, he lived in one of them, his room being at the end of this passage made him and his opposite neighbor the closest to the breaker panel mounted at the end of the passage.

With a swift move Williams opened the breaker, on the distribution board he flicked he breaker off, then he loosened the internal latch until it hung by a millimeter, enough to make the breaker look on, but not enough to trip when the circuit over heated and with that he flicked the breaker back on and closed the breaker panel.

The whole act took no less than thirty second when he looked at his watch, he walked towards the staircase on the other end of the passage and made his way downstairs despite it being the middle of the night with no panic.

The compound was one fenced all round with a two meter tall and several meters wide gate in front and the building made a C curve leaving an open space in the center of the compound.

Williams stood downstairs under the shade of the building arc beneath on the ground floor, what separated him from the gate was the open space in the middle of the compound, he looked at his watch once more and said.

"two minutes and 45 seconds in, a single loose neutral wouldn't trip a breaker, it would just heat, arc and cook the wire from the inside, until the wall caught fire" Williams whispered

"that's enough time for an LPG to fill the room with propane…" Williams had not finished whispering his calculations when a massive explosion that shook the building resounded from the second floor shocking him as well.

This awoke everyone in the building as the typical person yelled there was a fire.

And with people jumbling back and forth to get water and break down his door to extinguish the fire from the source, it spread to the next room using the electrical wires.

Only then did they realize their breaker was compromised, with that they all gave up on that part of the first floor as thankfully each floor had their own breaker.

Along the line while people were running around up and down to get water and such a massive fire that had alerted the neighboring compounds, the gate was opened to receive more assistance and in the midst of this terror, Williams was no where to be seen.
