Its lord, Tono Dressrosa, is the second son of Count Engel Dressrosa, and the elder brother of Thor.
Among Count Engel Dressrosa's descendants, apart from Thor, three have chosen to become Pioneer Lords.
They are the second, third, and seventh sons.
All three of Dressrosa's descendants have predominantly chosen the West as their area of development.
However, as time has passed, only Tono Dressrosa remains today.
One of the other two abandoned their territory and has now become a Wandering Knight, while the other has died in a large-scale Demon Beast assault.
