"I'm sorry... It's my fault..." she choked up with apology, "If it wasn't for me, you would..."
"It's not entirely his fault." Logan Shaw interrupted Evelyn, consoling her, "My brother has always opposed me learning the piano, so he's definitely involved in this too."
"But haven't you done well all these years?" Evelyn retorted.
She knew perfectly well that it was all Caden Lockwood's doing.
With Caden's financial prowess and connections, accomplishing this was undoubtedly a breeze for him!
Why does he have to be so cruel?
