Holly Sawyer closed the box, looking gently at Mrs. Hayes.
She didn't quite understand what Mrs. Hayes meant, since the jade bracelet seemed very valuable, likely passed down through generations.
It could probably be considered a family heirloom.
"It's for you."
Mrs. Hayes patted Holly's hand, speaking slowly.
"It's too valuable."
Holly declined, not understanding why Mrs. Hayes would give her such a precious item. She felt that she couldn't accept it without earning it.
Although Mrs. Hayes watched Leo Grant grow up and had a deep bond with him, giving Holly such valuable items didn't seem right.
