Jiang Cheng listened to Shen Xing for a long time. She wasn't impatient or seemed tired.
She knew Shen Xing needed to talk; it was his own way of venting peacefully.
As the night deepened, Shen Xing's voice gradually lowered.
"Sis, did I talk too much?"
"Did you? I was really into it."
Jiang Cheng's eyes were clear, and Shen Xing scratched his head with a smile.
Jiang Cheng stood up and helped Shen Xing up, saying, "Go to sleep."
"Okay."
Without saying much, Shen Xing went back to his room to rest, staring at the ceiling, thinking about writing a letter to his brother tomorrow.
He wondered if his brother could get him a watch voucher.
Returning to her room, Jiang Cheng checked the time in her space; it was already late.
She decided to completely relax this once, balancing work and rest.
The next day at four in the morning, Jiang Cheng got up and dressed.
This time, she carried her backpack and walked straight out of the courtyard.
