For an enhancement of this level of power, if the Dark Frost Giant Lord still resided on the Tal Plane, even if he commanded the Frost Floating Island, even with the Fallen Titan Divine Blood, Udi would be confident in forcibly killing him on the Tal Plane.
However, for a powerhouse of this level, unless he is killed instantly, there is still a high chance of escape, since a being who has lived for millennia in the Abyss Domain cannot possibly lack some means of escape and survival.
Just like Udi now, with his peak power unsealed, it's only around Level 27, certainly no match for Level 28 or Level 29 powerhouses. After all, the combat power of a Level 28 powerhouse is at least over 8 million, and a Level 29 powerhouse's combat power even breaks through 16 million.
