Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The Eldest Brother’s Authority

The knocked-back Long Mei Heloise and Dragon Brother Brook shook their slightly dizzy heads, then simultaneously looked at Udi, their eyes filled with malice.

Udi swallowed the flesh and blood in his mouth, and his body slowly stood upright.

His two claws crossed in front of his chest, then stretched out a dragon finger from his left claw, and with a contemptuous dragon face, he beckoned at the Dragon Brother and Dragon Sister.

Although Heloise and Brook didn't understand what this gesture was called, the heavy mockery in it was fully grasped by the two young dragons. Their blood immediately rushed to their heads, and they howled as they charged towards Udi.

Yet in Udi's eyes, the charging speed of the two young dragons, comparable to a cheetah, seemed very slow.

With a slight step to the left, he avoided Heloise's collision, and with a swift crack of his dragon tail on her dragon head, Heloise rolled several times into the mud.

At the moment Udi used his dragon tail to send Heloise flying into the mud, a heavy left hook dragon fist sent Brook, who was attempting a headbutt attack, flying half a meter into the air, and then crashing back to the ground, twitching a couple of times.

"With this level of strength, you dare to challenge your big brother?" Udi looked at Heloise floating in the mud, pretending to be unconscious with her head buried in the muddy water, and at Brook on the ground, feigning deafness with his belly exposed and eyes rolled back. He sneered coldly on the surface but was quite pleased inside.

If there hadn't been a banquet, and he was only born five days earlier, he certainly wouldn't have been a match for the two young dragons combined.

But there are no "ifs".

He, in fact, was overpowered!

A few minutes later.

With swollen faces, the young dragons Heloise and Brook raised their dragon behinds, and then, using both claws, lifted up their largest piece of eggshell, shouting with humiliation in their mouths,

"Big brother, please enjoy our eggshells!" ×2

Udi, satisfied, looked at his now obedient Dragon Brother and Dragon Sister, then took the two pieces of eggshell and leisurely chewed them up.

"Heloise's tastes like tomato chips, not bad."

"Brook's is chocolate chips... peculiar."

Udi evaluated after tasting the apology eggshells from his Dragon Brother and Dragon Sister.

Not quite as good as his own eggshell!

"Big brother, can we start eating now..." Brook cautiously looked at Udi, who was enjoying himself, greedily eyeing his own eggshell nearby, with his stomach growling.

Beside him, Heloise didn't speak, but her face was also filled with hope as she looked at Udi.

Since their birth until they were beaten up by Udi, they hadn't consumed a single morsel of food and were already out of strength.

If it weren't for this, they wouldn't have easily yielded and offered their largest piece of eggshell to this despicable guy!

This was a top-level humiliation!

"Go ahead and eat," Udi waved his hand carelessly and leisurely returned to the mud pool where he first slept.

Having eaten his fill and finished his post-meal exercise, it was time to sleep.

After Udi closed his eyes and fell into sleep, Heloise and Brook exchanged a look, their once humble gaze turning ferocious.

Then, the two young dragons started fiercely eating their own eggshells.

"Damn big brother, after I'm done eating, I'll definitely trample you underfoot and torment you!" Heloise, this little female dragon, held a grudge, attributing her inability to beat Udi to not having eaten her eggshell.

For newly hatched dragonlings, the dragon eggshell can provide a small-scale metamorphosis, significantly increasing the hardness of their dragon scales.

"Big brother is strong. After I finish eating the eggshells and consuming the Swamp Demon Shark to develop my body, I'll challenge again and prove I am the strongest!" This was Brook's thought. He quickly ate his eggshell while greedily eyeing the remnants of the Swamp Demon Shark in the distance.

The Swamp Demon Shark, partly consumed by Udi during his first banquet and again after waking from a nap, was over seven meters long and weighed nearly four tons. Its remaining flesh still weighed over half a ton.

More than enough for a newly born dragonling to eat.

Of course, if it's for two...

Brook secretly glanced at his sister Heloise, who was eating with her head down, observed her size, and instantly regained the courage he'd lost from big brother Udi.

Can't beat big brother Udi, but can't beat you?

While swallowing her eggshell, Heloise keenly sensed the malicious gaze of her brother Brook and immediately bared her teeth at him.

Mere Brook, can't beat that bastard Udi, but can't beat you?

The two young dragonlings began competing.

After quickly finishing their eggshells, they simultaneously charged toward the remnants of the Swamp Demon Shark, taking bites out of each other, nudging and pushing each other.

Udi, awakened by the commotion they made, opened his dragon eyes and looked at his silly Dragon Brother and Sister, roaring with some dissatisfaction.

The two young dragonlings, who were fighting over food, instantly froze.

"If you keep making a racket, neither of you eats anything!" Udi coldly snorted.

Heloise and Brook exchanged glances, reluctantly stopping their fight, and began eating quietly.

Although Heloise had just thought about punishing that bastard Udi after finishing the eggshells, at Udi's single cold snort, the pain he had inflicted earlier resurfaced and made her timid.

"Next time..." Heloise swore fiercely to herself.

As for Brook, he was well aware of the gap in strength between him and big brother Udi, so he didn't plan to challenge Udi without adequate power.

Seeing that his Dragon Brother and Sister were no longer noisy, Udi finally closed his eyes in satisfaction, coiled himself up, and fell into a deep sleep.

After all, as a dragonling, there wasn't much to do. Better to sleep.

Sleeping helps the body grow faster and stronger.

In the core of the dragon nest deep within the cave, the Black Dragon Maiden, nesting on her treasure, witnessed this farce before slowly closing her eyes to fall asleep.

Although it was surprising that all three of her eggs hatched into True Dragons, at this moment, the Black Dragon Maiden only wanted to sleep.

What are children compared to sleep?

If it wasn't for the need to immediately discard a dragon beast at birth, she wouldn't even bother to move.

Time passed, and in the blink of an eye, twenty days went by.

Since Udi's birth, twenty-seven days had passed, and less than three days remained until the next banquet was due to begin.

Nestled beneath the Rotten Swamp, one hundred meters deep, within the underground dragon nest.

The second dragon war erupted.

Brook, whose body had grown somewhat compared to half a month ago, charged at Udi with a low growl.

"Udi, I am the strongest!"

Udi, now three meters long, grinned, revealing cold dragon teeth, mocking with a cold smile,

"Brook, let me teach you once again, the dignity of a big brother should never be challenged!"

Behind Udi, Heloise lurked with ill intentions, trying to strike when Udi revealed a flaw during Brook's attack.

In order to gain more ownership of food, to raise their status within the dragon nest, the two young dragonlings, after a discussion (fighting), finally decided in agreement—they would both directly challenge Udi together!
