Chapter 133 - The Will of a King II

[A/N: if anyone is interested in an original Smut Novel, I started one on my Drive_Knight316 account called "RE: The Gunslinger's MILF Harem". It's barely got 10 chapters.

Any support is appreciated. ]

(Third Person POV)

King Aerys opened his eyes slowly, feeling that he was in his bed. He felt a throbbing sensation on the top of his head and he immediately reached up for it, groaning.

"Ughh....." He managed, "What the hells....?"

"Your Grace, how are you feeling?" The Maester said as he was standing next to the bed

Aerys glanced at him, "Where am I?"

"You are in your chambers, Your Grace." the Maester said, gesturing at the room

"What happened to me?" Aerys asked, wincing

"We found you collapsed outside the Queen's chambers." The Maester said, "Ser Barristan and Ser Arthur, that is."

"What?" Aerys said, "T-The Queen? Rhaella? What....?"

"From what I can gather...." the Maester said, "You had too much to drink last night and you collapsed, hitting your head in the process. Thankfully, the blow was not too severe, merely a bruise. I would suggest you stay in bed for a few more hours until we can confirm you can walk freely."

Aerys blinked, "I see..."

The Maester bowed slightly, "The Prince is waiting to see you." He said, "Shall I allow him to come?"

"Y-Yes...." Aerys rubbed his temple, "Fine."

The Maester walked over to the door and opened it. Rhaegar walked in almost immediately and stepped to the side, looking at the Maester.

"The King is well." The Maester said, "He needs more rest."

Rhaegar nodded, "Very well." He said, "Thank you."

The Maester left the room, closing the door behind him.

Rhaegar then walked over to the bed and gave Aerys a stern and disappointed look.

Aerys looked at him, "What do you want?"

"Do you remember anything?" He asked, "Anything from the night prior?"

Aerys shook his head, "No." He said, "Why do you ask?"

"You struck Mother again." Rhaegar's voice was quiet yet venomous, "You struck her again in a drunken rage. Why did you do that?"

Aerys rolled his eyes, "Do not start." He said, "So I was drunk, and I paid a visit to my wife, what is it to you? Hm?"

"She does not deserve treatment like that from you." Rhaegar said, "You are the King and you are my Father, yes. But that doesn't mean that I will-"

"Silence, you brat." Aerys said, "Begone from my sight."

Rhaegar clenched his fists, "Thankfully, you are well." He said, "But the incident will remain isolated. We do not want just anyone knowing that the King is collapsing at random times."

"Do what you wish to do and fuck right off." Aerys said with a serious glare, "I am in no mood for this."

Rhaegar turned around and walked towards the door, saying nothing. As he walked out, he saw that Ellion was slowly walking in.

"Ser Ellion." He said, "What is your business here?"

"I heard that the King collapsed." Ellion said, "I am here to see if he is well."

"I am afraid that-" Rhaegar started

"Let the boy through." Aerys cut him off

Rhaegar glanced at Aerys and then at Ellion before letting out a sigh and walking out of the chambers. Ellion then walked over to Aerys, who was still sitting down and fidgeting with his robe.

"What is it you want, boy?" Aerys asked

"Might I ask something, Your Grace?" Ellion asked, his hand resting on the handle of his sword, "Do you remember anything?"

Aerys rolled his eyes, "Do I remember....? No, I don't." He said, "What the fuck is it to you?"

"So you don't remember the reason for striking Her Grace?" Ellion asked

Aerys looked at him, "And how would you know what had happened?" He asked, "Were you there?"

"No." Ellion said, "But Rhaegar spoke of it. I am merely wondering."

"Tch...." Aerys said as he tried to stand up, "I remember nothing of what happened. What would I have needed to remember?"

Ellion's posture relaxed when he confirmed that Aerys remembered nothing after all. He watched as the King slowly pulled himself out of bed and wobbled to the side.

"If I struck Rhaella, I might've had a good reason." Aerys said seriously, "You should not concern yourself with such matters, boy. After everything I have done for you, you will question my duties as a husband?"

Ellion said nothing, distaste dwelling up inside of him. He didn't want to think about Aerys striking Rhaella ever again because the mere thought of would give him so much rage, that he would consider killing he King.

But he knew that Aerys needed to be alive, no matter what.

His plan relied on it.

At least until he has gained Rhaegar's complete favor.

Only then can Aerys be disposed of.

Aerys walked over to the window and looked out to the city, feeling the breeze flow through and hit him on the face, a soothing sensation that calmed his body's trembling down.

"I have come for one more thing, Your Grace." Ellion broke the silence, his gaze setting to the side as he shifted in his feet, "The more important thing. What I am meant for, that is."

Aerys looked at him, "What?"

"Do you need me to handle the situation?" Ellion asked

"What situation?" Aerys scowled

"There is discord among the Lords." Ellion said, "Lord Denys Darklyn, most importantly."

"Ugh, what now?" Aerys turned around

"He refuses to pay his taxes." Ellion told him, "From what I am told, that is. Apparently, it is because the King legitimized a Bastard Knight who holds no true worth."

Aerys rolled his eyes, "Is that so?" He said, "No, I don't need you to deal with that, Ellion. In fact, I am quite annoyed at your presence right now. So do me a favor, go to the brothels and fuck some whores. I do not want you in the Keep for the day. Or any other future days, that is."

Ellion raised his eyebrow, "Is that so?"

Aerys waved him off, "Yes, yes." He said, "Fuck off."

Ellion nodded, "Very well." He said, "I shall take a couple of my coin purses and make the Street of Silk my home then."

"That would be good." Aerys said, "Now go, fuck off I tell you again."

Ellion made his way towards the door, "One thing, Your Grace."

"What?" Aerys was annoyed

"The Prince has made it clear that he does not wish for you to strike Her Grace." Ellion said, "If you would take my humble suggestion, you ought to listen to him. The last thing we need is for the King and his Heir to be at each other's throat."

Aerys glared at him, "The last thing I want from a Bastard is advice."

"But I am not a Bastard." Ellion reminded him,

"I am legitimized."
