In the Sutton residence, Laura Sutton had refused to leave her room ever since she saw the news that morning.
After trying to get her to come out, her parents (remember to use their names later) were now fuming downstairs.
"Don't you think it's time you remove her from our Sutton family tree?"
He shook his leg impatiently and kept glancing at the time.
"She still has her mother's shares in her name. How can I afford to do that?"
The woman turned to him and said worriedly, "Come up with another way to get the shares. Don't you see that the longer she stays with our daughter, the more she gets hurt?"
"Just the other day that she returned, look at what happened. She thoroughly confused Bryan Baker and caused him to embarrass our daughter."
"We let that go because she's family but how can she do this to our daughter? At this rate, the image our daughter has struggled to build all these years will crumble down."
