They were like humans and also had different tribal civilizations, yet there were beasts that couldn't transform and had no intelligence, like the animals he knew in the Empire.
"Isn't the beastman world always like this? The weak are meat for the strong; cannibalism is normal. Moreover, we are not like it." Owen momentarily didn't know how to answer his partner's strange thoughts. He had faced such a world since birth and never had these thoughts.
In Owen's eyes, everything was perfectly normal.
