Chapter 4 - 4. WAREHOUSES

Erven was lifted into the car, his eyes covered with a rough cloth that scratched his skin. His heart was pounding as he tried to make sense of what was happening.

Bodyguard: "Boss, where are we going?"

Lucas: "To the warehouse in the penthouses."

Bodyguard: "Okay, boss."

The car sped through the night, its tires gripping the dark road, leaving an invisible trail of anxiety. Erven sat still, letting the sound of the engine fill the stifling silence. Every now and then he heard whispers—discussions, plans, negotiations between rival companies. His thoughts raced: Who is this man who kidnapped him? Powerful? Dangerous? Important?

Fear gripped him, but he had no voice, no power to fight back.

Finally, exhaustion took hold of him. His body, tired from the day's work and the trauma of the incident, felt too heavy. He fell into an uneasy sleep, unaware of anything behind the blindfold. He felt himself being lifted, carried by strong hands even though he couldn't see, he could feel the warmth of a body near him.

The cold, damp smelling air of the warehouse replaced the warmth of the car as he was placed on the old, worn mattress.

Lucas: "Leave him here. Keep him outside. Don't let him run away."

Bodyguard: "Okay, boss."

Erven barely had time to catch his breath when Lucas lowered his body, his voice heavy and seductive, slipping right into his skin and bones.

Lucas: "Sleep tight…"

And suddenly—a sharp bite hit his neck. Pain shot through his entire body, making him wake up instantly.

Erven: "Argh! Who—who is this?!"

Lucas: "I… don't you remember?"

The blindfold was removed, and Erven's gaze met Lucas's. There was a strange pull, frighteningly strong, yet alluring. He finally realized he had been kidnapped by a strange man after the chaos his father, Juan, had caused.

Erven: "Please... let me go... I beg..." his voice trembled, laced with fear and despair.

Lucas: "Shut up. No need to beg. For now, this is where you belong... until your father comes. Understand?"

The words were piercing, but Lucas's gaze had a small glimmer of cynicism, drawn painfully to Erven's chest with a feeling he himself didn't understand.

Erven: "Those eyes... I think I've seen..."

Lucas raised an eyebrow, his lips curved in a sharp little smile.

Lucas: "Why are you staring at me like that? Don't notice. I don't get tempted easily, beta."

Erven's scent was weak, almost odorless, like a recessive beta that wouldn't attract any alpha. But that didn't stop the strange tension that suddenly arose.

 Erven: "I… I've seen those eyes… that's why I was thinking… forgive me…" he whispered slowly, fragilely.

Lucas's expression changed slightly, as if he was interested, maybe even amazed. He came closer, closing the distance between them.

Lucas: "Oh, you're good at teasing too? Remind me, you're the silent type, just answer when asked…"

Before Erven could say anything, Lucas' lips pressed against his. His kiss was greedy, demanding, making Erven gasp. Lucas's tongue thrust in, dominating, and Erven's raw, unfamiliar body shivered uncontrollably.

A sharp bite on his lip made a little blood flow to his lips. Lucas smiled cruelly as Erven flinched, his heart beating anxiously and confusedly.

That was the first time his body had been touched like that. The warmth, the close proximity, the rough dominance were all foreign. All this time he had only relied on the medicine to hold back the heat, to control his body and mind.

Lucas's hand crept down, touching the most intimate part. Erven's body shivered, his legs weak, his heart ached with shame and a painful curiosity. But Lucas stopped before he could cross the final threshold. His eyes shone with purpose. This wasn't about pleasure Lucas wanted something else. He wanted Juan.

Lucas: "Do you like it, little beta? What's your name?"

Little beta's words stabbed Erven's feelings, making him bow, ashamed, humiliated.

Erven: "Seo Erven..."

Lucas: "So that's your name... suitable for someone like you."

Erven: "And... your name...?"

Lucas laughed low, darkly.

Lucas: "Me? Hahaha... I'm Fabian Lucas. Call me Lucas, little beta."

For the first time, Erven's heart was drawn to the existence of someone other than himself. Pain and curiosity mixed, becoming a suffocating bittersweet feeling.

Lucas left him there cold, deliberate, reminding him that all the touches, kisses, all the intimacy just now weren't out of desire. It was about control. About showing Erven where he really was.

Lying alone on the rough mattress, Erven felt the night weigh down on him. His chest ached not only from humiliation, but from confusion and that first unwanted but unforgettable touch. Lucas's touch, his lips, his words, still echoed throughout his nerves.

He felt small. Helpless. But strangely… alive.

He was left shivering, alone, and hopeless. The warehouse was silent, his body still burning with the memory of Lucas' touch that he had never asked for. It was a night he would never forget, a night that had destroyed him, but at the same time awakened something he himself could not understand.
