Closing the door, he turned back to Cassia. She was still sitting on the bed, perfectly poised. He chuckled softly when he saw her like that.
He walked over, tucked one ankle behind the other. He folded her hands in her lap. She looked up at him once before she looked away. Her eyes were half-lidded, her stare somewhat vacant.
He stepped back, admiring her. The room was silent as he reached for a brush on the counter. He walked up to her with the brush in hand and started brushing her hair.
He hummed softly as he brushed through her hair. He placed each section so it fell to his liking. He leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to her cheek.
"Such a pretty little thing," he whispered.
He walked to the bathroom and came out with a damp cloth. He wiped her down methodically. From her neck to her arms, across her breasts. He circled her nipples.
