Valentina and Ember were in a face-off. Ember didn't even care that she was naked. She stood in all her glory, looking at Valentina as if she wanted to bite her head off. When she felt it was enough, she walked to Aiden.
She kissed him right on the mouth. "Taste that? That's what you get for sitting here with her," glared Ember. "Now tell me what the hell is going on."
Valentina, seeing Aiden, wasn't disgusted with Ember, and seeing Ember and Aiden able to communicate so well, became angry. She gritted her teeth. She wanted to tear Ember apart. She had no feelings for Aiden, but seeing how they could be close after what they just witnessed bothered Valentina.
"Aiden," she said through gritted teeth. "You don't care about what you just saw? How could you still touch her?" Her eyes darted to Aiden's hands around Ember's waist.
"I don't really mind," Aiden answered.
"You don't mind?" she asked incredulously. "Then what was that talk before about me being with different men?"
