Aiden's phone on the nightstand buzzed.
He showed Ember the screen; Ivan was calling. She nodded to him to answer the call.
"Do you need something?" Aiden asked.
"Nope. I'm inviting you to fuck. I'm in your secretary's room. You can come watch...or join. Door's open." Ivan didn't wait for an answer; he hung up.
The last thing Aiden heard before the call cut was a breathless moan.
The phone had been on speaker, so Ember heard what Ivan said. She looked over at Aiden, "Do you want to go?"
Aiden's jaw clenched. "I won't share," he said, eyes boring into Ember. "Not now."
"Oh? So you do want to share?" Ember asked slyly.
His eyes flickered. "I never want to share. But...I know it will happen. And when it does, I will be there."
"What about you? You don't plan to taste any other forbidden fruits?" She leaned in to him.
"Do you want me to?" he asked.
