Right now, Yukiri and her friends are sitting in the main hall. They have been studying for the Chemistry exam for the last hour.
Lilith is teaching Lorelei, while Kiori has already given up, snoozing on the book. The boys, Souki and Zane, are chattering away about a game.
It has been officially two months since school started, making it February.
In the main hall, it's quiet except for the sounds of soft chatter and the scratch of pens on paper.
Kiori, her head still resting on the messy pile of study materials, grumbled about hating chemistry with her whole body.
At that, Zane stood up. "You know what? I'm just going to fail anyway. Hey, what if we just... slacked off?"
Yukiri immediately said, "No."
The others started arguing with, "I want my grades to be good!" only to be cut off by Zane saying, "I'm going to fail anyway! Why study? It's a waste of time!"
Yukiri went quiet, staring at the now-annoyed Souki. Unknowingly, this mismatched group of people had been forming a bond over the last two months.
Yukiri made excuses like, "We're just studying," or, "We are in the same classes, so...," but it all led back to the topic of friendship.
Zane's Point of View
My hand hurts... and Lilith is such a study freak. Ughhhhh... if Kiori wasn't here, I would have just left. But... maybe I can win her over one day. I'm not giving up, anyway.
And Souki- I like his gaming collection. He's a nice guy, too.
