S.S. Naked Sun - Main Deck
The sun began to set, casting a blood-orange glow over the ocean. The battle with Ryuko was over, but the war was just beginning.
Satsuki stood looking out at the horizon. Ryuko walked up behind her, fists clenched.
Satsuki: The battle is far from over...
Ryuko: Big words from someone who needed saving.
Senketsu: Ryuko, stop. Satsuki put her life on the line to stop you.
Ryuko: And what of it? She's the reason Y/N is lying in a cold room right now! If she hadn't tried to use him as a weapon... if she hadn't treated him like a pawn...
Satsuki: ...You are right.
Ryuko: Huh?
Satsuki: I treated him as a piece on a chessboard. I calculated his strength, his quirk, his utility. I ignored the man beneath the power. And because of that... he broke.
Ryuko: ...Let me punch you.
Senketsu: Ryuko!
Ryuko: If you can take an all-out punch from me and remain standing, then I'll admit you have the resolve to fix this mess.
Satsuki: Very well. Hit me.
Ryuko pulled her fist back. The air crackled. She threw the punch.
BAM.
But it didn't hit Satsuki. Gamagoori had stepped in, taking the fist directly to his armored stomach.
Satsuki: Gamagoori!
Ryuko: Stay out of this!
Gamagoori: I WILL NOT! If you wish to strike Lady Satsuki, you must go through her shield first!
Sanageyama, Nonon, and Inumuta stepped up, forming a wall between the sisters.
Nonon: We won't let you touch her, troublemaker. Our lives belong to Satsuki!
Ryuko stared at them. Then, she let out a dry, humorless chuckle.
Ryuko: Heh... You guys are just like Y/N. A bunch of incomprehensible idiots risking your lives for someone else.
Satsuki: ...Indeed. Please, Matoi. Fight alongside me. Not for me, but for the world... and for Y/N.
Ryuko looked toward the medical bay door.
Ryuko: ...Fine. But once we save the world, you and I are gonna have a long talk.
One Long Shower Later
Mess Hall
The mood in the mess hall was heavy. The Mankanshoku family, the Elite Four, Satsuki, and Ryuko sat around a long table.
Sukuyo placed a massive platter of golden-brown croquettes in the center.
Sukuyo: Now that everyone is made up... let's eat.
Ryuko: Mrs. Mankanshoku's croquettes...
Sukuyo: Yep! They're packed with all kinds of mystery ingredients! Just the way you kids like them.
Ryuko took a bite. It was delicious, but it tasted like ash in her mouth without Y/N there to steal one from her plate.
Sukuyo: ...You know, Y/N and I had a talk once. While you were out fighting.
Ryuko: You did?
Sukuyo: I asked him what he wanted to do when he graduated. Since he was a "Hero" and all.
Ryuko: Let me guess. Save the world? Become rich?
Sukuyo: No. He said... "I just want a quiet life. Maybe start a family. Somewhere with good air conditioning where nothing explodes."
The table went silent. Satsuki gripped her tea cup.
Ryuko: Tears pricking her eyes That idiot... he just wanted to be normal.
Ryuko: munch Uhh... I have a question.
Satsuki: sips tea What is it?
Ryuko: Because you two are sisters, does that mean I have to call you "Ryuko Kiryuin" or do I have to call her "Satsuki Matoi"?
Nonon: Leave it to the slacker to ask an idiotic question at a time like this.
Satsuki: It is a valid question. Ryuko, you are technically part of the Kiryuin family.
Ryuko: There's no way I'm taking the family name "Kiryuin"! I'm keeping the one my father gave me, "Matoi"!
Satsuki: I would also like to agree. It wouldn't feel right to take the name "Matoi" so I will also keep my own.

The plates were cleared. The atmosphere shifted from somber to critical. Satsuki placed the War Log/Scrapbook she had retrieved from Y/N's apartment onto the central table.
Satsuki: We need to discuss the second threat. Ragyo Kiryuin is not alone.
Aikuro: You mean the man in the suit.
Satsuki opened the book. It wasn't just pictures. It was a dossier. Handwritten notes in Y/N's scribbled handwriting filled the margins.
Satsuki: Y/N kept detailed notes on the enemies he fought in his world. But this entry... points to a sketch of a masked man ...is different.
Inumuta: "All For One."
Satsuki: Listen to what he wrote. "He steals quirks. He takes what makes you unique and uses it against you. He is immortal. He is manipulative. And he doesn't stop until he owns everything."
Tsumugu: Quirks? You mean abilities?
Satsuki: Yes. Y/N notes here that he is the only one who has ever survived a direct battle with him, and even then... AFO put the hole in his heart.
Gamagoori: If Y/N, with all his power, barely survived... how are we supposed to fight him?
Satsuki: That is the problem. We don't know his current capabilities.
Ryuko: ...I do.
Everyone turned to Ryuko. She was rubbing her temples, looking pale.
Ryuko: When I was brainwashed... when Ragyo was messing with my head... I saw him. In the lab.
Senketsu: What did you see, Ryuko?
Ryuko: He had Y/N hooked up to a machine. He was draining that golden energy Y/N uses. But it wasn't just to weaken him.
Ryuko's eyes widened as the memory sharpened.
Ryuko: He was using it on himself. He was talking about "Rewind." About fixing his broken body.
Satsuki: Did it work?
Ryuko: ...Yes. When I first saw him, he had a mask and looked like a potato. But by the time I took Y/N... the mask was off. He looked... young. He looked like he was in his prime.
Silence descended on the room.
Aikuro: So, not only are we fighting Ragyo and the Original Life Fiber... we are fighting a Demon Lord who has been restored to full power.
Inumuta: We have no data on his weaknesses. Only Y/N fought him. Only Y/N knows how to beat him.
Satsuki: Which makes waking Y/N up our highest priority.
Inumuta typed on his keyboard. A holographic map of Honnouji Academy appeared.
Inumuta: The Original Life Fiber is headed toward Honnouji Academy to initiate the "Celestial Seed Cocoon Planet" Plan.
Satsuki: The Original Life Fiber is pure primordial energy.
Ryuko: So?
Satsuki: Y/N's heart is repaired, but it won't start. He needs a jumpstart. A massive surge of energy.
Ryuko: Wait... are you saying...?
Satsuki: We take Y/N's body to the Original Life Fiber. We channel its immense power directly into him. It is a dangerous gamble. It might vaporize him.
Ryuko: But if it works?
Satsuki: He wakes up. And he gives us the fighting chance we need against AFO.
Ryuko: Smirks Dangerous is Y/N's middle name. We're doing it.
Hangar Deck
The team was suited up.
Satsuki stood revealed in a modified version of Junketsu. She had altered the design, removing the parts Nui had installed to control her.
Satsuki: Life Fiber Override: Kamui Junketsu!
Ryuko: You look... slightly less evil in that.
Satsuki: Appearance is irrelevant. Power is everything.
Ryuko turned to Senketsu.
Ryuko: Ready, buddy?
Senketsu: Always, Ryuko.
Ryuko: Life Fiber Synchronize: Kamui Senketsu!
A flash of light. Ryuko transformed.
In the back, Gamagoori and Tsumugu were loading a medical stasis pod onto a transport shuttle. Inside lay Y/N, looking like he was merely sleeping, though the monitor on the side still read "Cardiac Arrest."
Ryuko walked over to the pod. She placed her hand on the glass.
Ryuko: Hang in there, Sleeping Beauty. We're taking you to the biggest wake-up call in history. And when you wake up... you need to tell us how to kill that bastard AFO.
Satsuki: Ryuko. Can you fly?
Ryuko: Huh?
Satsuki: The enemy is airborne. We need aerial superiority.
Senketsu: Ryuko! Imagine it! Y/N always wanted to be free of the ground. Let's show him the sky!
Ryuko: Grins Yeah... Let's go! Senketsu Shippu!
The eye of Senketsu widened. The skirt of the uniform expanded, hardening and stretching into massive, jagged wings. Jets of steam erupted from the back.
Ryuko hovered in the air.
Ryuko: Woah!
Satsuki: Junketsu Shippu!
Satsuki's armor shifted, the shoulder pads extending into sharp, mechanical wings.
Ryuko: Okay, look. I admit... you look pretty cool.
Satsuki: Save the flattery. Ragyo and All For One are waiting.
Ryuko looked at the transport shuttle carrying Y/N one last time.
Ryuko: Internal Y/N... I promised I wouldn't doubt myself. I'm coming for you. And we are going to end this nightmare together.
Ryuko: ALRIGHT! EVERYONE MOVE OUT! OPERATION: WAKE UP CALL IS A GO!
BOOM.
Ryuko and Satsuki blasted into the sky, breaking the sound barrier, heading straight for Honnouji Academy.
