The party had been raging for a while, bodies pressed together in every corner, music thumping through the walls, and the air thick with cheap beer and greasy pizza. With Anton's parents gone for the weekend, we had complete freedom to act like idiots without consequences.
Exactly what a Friday night should be.
Kane and I were hovering by the food when Anton bounded over, that dangerous smirk spreading across his face. I knew that look well enough to know we were about to do something stupid.
"Spin the bottle time," he announced, his voice cutting through the noise and grabbing attention from across the room. "Living room, right now. Nobody gets to skip out."
Kane let out a frustrated sigh. "What are we, twelve years old?"
Anton's grin only got wider as he shrugged. "You never know who might get lucky tonight." His eyebrows wiggled as he scanned the crowd for potential targets.
