The massive Susanoo ground to a halt, its feet carving deep furrows into the earth before suddenly jarring to a dead stop. Before Satoshi could stabilize, a thick, serpentine wooden vine erupted from the ground. It lashed out, coiling tightly around Satoshi's ankle and ripping him violently from the susano.
Satoshi was hurled into the air like a ragdoll. Mid-flight, the air grew heavy. A blur of crimson streaks intercepted him—Tsunade, shrouded in a bubbling, red Tailed-Beast cloak. Three tails whipped behind her as she wound up a blow packed with enough force to shatter mountains.
The impact was thunderous. Her fist connected squarely with Satoshi's chest, sending him careening toward the earth. He hit the ground with the force of a falling meteor, creating a massive crater that sent a shockwave through the battlefield, obscuring everything in a thick veil of dust.
Nawaki landed beside Tsunade, his eyes narrowing as he watched the settling debris. "Nobody survives a hit like that," he muttered, his breath hitching.
But as the wind swept the dust away, the silence grew heavy. Satoshi stood in the center of the crater, completely unphased. He was glowing. Blue, circuit-like patterns pulsed across his skin, tracing intricate paths from his neck down to his fingertips. Not a single scratch marred his skin.
The crowd gasped. To take a direct hit from a Jinchuriki-enhanced Tsunade and remain unscathed wasn't just impressive—it was impossible.
The crater hissed with steam as Satoshi stood tall, the blue, circuit-like patterns of the Blut Vene shimmering under his skin. He locked eyes with Tsunade, his expression cold and unimpressed.
"Impressive," Satoshi's voice carried through the silent battlefield. "You are the second person to ever force me to use the Blut Vene."
Tsunade didn't offer the satisfaction of a reply. Her breath came in heavy, rhythmic cycles as her Tailed-Beast cloak surged with malevolent red chakra. Beside her, Nawaki's hands were a blur, weaving complex signs, while Sakumo Hatake, the White Fang, slowly unsheathed his sabre—the white light of his blade humming with killing intent. Nearby, Might Duy began to emit a fierce blue vapor, his muscles bulging as he pushed his gates to the limit.
From the trees and the shadows of the village, the reinforcements arrived: the Hyuga, the Uchiha, the Aburame, and the gathered elites of the Nara, Senju, and Sarutobi clans.
The air was thick with enough killing intent to paralyze a lesser ninja. Satoshi raised his hand, the spectral ribs of his Susanoo beginning to knit together once more.
"Satoshi."
A voice echoed from the ground. Satoshi's shadow suddenly elongated, warping and swirling upward. From the darkness emerged Kaori Uchiha, her eyes scanning the assembled army with indifference. "Time's up. We need to go back."
Satoshi lowered his hand, the Susanoo fading into embers of chakra. He looked toward Hiruzen and the high-level commanders of Konoha. "Consider yourselves lucky. We'll be back soon... and next time, you won't survive the encounter."
"Wait," Kaori interrupted, a cruel smirk playing on her lips. "I can't leave without giving the Hokage a parting gift."
She reached into the shadow swirling beneath her feet. With a casual flick of her wrist, she tossed a heavy, rounded object across the dirt. It rolled to a stop right at Hiruzen Sarutobi's feet.
The Hokage's face went paler. It was the severed head of Danzo Shimura, his eyes frozen in a final mask of terror.
"You can find the rest of him scattered throughout the village," Kaori said, her voice dripping with malice. "It won't be hard. I've placed the pieces in spots that are... easy to spot."
Hiruzen supported by Orochimaru fell to his knees, a mixture of grief, shock, and explosive rage boiling in his eyes. He looked up to scream an order, but it was too late. Satoshi and Kaori sank into the shadows, their forms merging perfectly with the shadows until they vanished completely.
The elite of Konoha stood frozen, the silence of the crater broken only by the distant screams of villagers finding what Kaori had left behind.
