That ban had continued for 3 to 5 weeks now, until it was lifted, I guess neither you nor me would be able to go and see what was going on with that weird Willow .
After hearing Senior Brother's words I couldn't help but become a bit disappointed, I was indeed dying of curiosity about that Willow, so finding out that I can't quench this curiosity of mine, made me become filled with dissatisfaction .
That's for the matters with the Willow, as for the shortcomings that you have asked me to pinpoint out for you, well, I will tell you this, your fighting style and experience are still a bit lacking .
So my suggestion is to try and hit the the outer layer of the Pit and spend some time in hunting Monsters there .
It should allow you to improve your senses of danger and enrich your fighting experience by quite a large margin, but only after you at least reach the peak of the 3rd layer of Flesh Tempering, that would allow you to survive encountering most of the dangerous there as long as you practiced caution with each step you took inside .
Until you reach that layer, I would suggest that you keep sparring against your peers and try to learn as much as you can, another shortcoming or might not be a shortcoming from now on, is your agility and movement .
Try to always keep in mind that Crouching Tiger was good, but it wasn't suitable for every kind of situation out there, so focus more on achieving the Great Success in Gliding Swallow, it made sure that your movements are nimble, not to mention the huge tempering effect it have on your lower body, so focus more about improving your Mastery over it .
Hearing what he have for me in terms of advice, I totally accepted and acknowledged everything he just said, but I couldn't help but ask him, saying :
" How much strength did senior brother used in that last attack of the sparring, I want to know at what layer of Flesh Tempering can it be put under to understand how much am I faring ? .
Wellif I were to Rank the amount of strength I had used in that attack, I would say that it lay between the Second Layer and Third Layer of Flesh Tempering, I'm not certain because at that time I was so engrossed in the fight that I completely discarded of everything else .
But thankfully the fight had ended quickly, otherwise the attack right after might be comparable to the attack of someone at the 3rd to the 5th layer of Flesh Tempering, you should be able to guess how bad would that have been .
It seemed that I was thinking too highly of myself, I thought seriously that I had took a full blow from the senior brother in front of me, but all that he used was one or two layers above me in terms of strength, in addition to taking advantage of how monstrous his physical body was .
I couldn't imagine how much stronger a full blow from him would be like, but I understood that no matter how powerful with the Panel in my mind was, it wouldn't have been able to get me back from being at the doorstep of death .
I also couldn't help but think of how I might be faring if I were to use any of the Martial Skills Secret Techniques that I know and how much of a threat,would I have been able to pose for senior brother in my tries to be on the offense .
As I run a few simulations in my mind, I was able to actually see myself wining against senior brother, of course that if he were to continue suppressing his strength to my same level, that would be quite the shocker .
As these few simulations were running through my mind, I couldn't help but think of another option available for me to even optimise my strength even further, pairing the use of both the secret technique in Charging Tiger together with the optimization of my senses that I'm now able to do .
Those thoughts just settled in my mind and I was dying to test them out, but currently there was no room to do such a thing, just as I was thinking of pulling some excuses and leave, Senior Brother's voice sounded in front and he said :
Come here and flash your Token to Old Man Ma here to enter the Practice Hall and make use of the practice rooms inside, but you should know this beforehand, each month we only have a one hour to practice inside these rooms, after that you will need to pay to enter, the expanses to keep these rooms running after all were quite pricey .

I took a few steps forward involuntarily after hearing the domineering tone in his voice, but I stopped when I saw that Senior Brother wasn't moving even an inch from where he was standing just now, I couldn't help but turn my head and wonder what was going on, seeing my reaction, senior brother said with a bit of embarrassment :
Well, I have used all the time I had for this month, so old man Ma here won't let me in even if I peg him to, in accordance of the Master words and arrangements, you can in and I will be waiting for you here .
I looked at the Old Man named Ma and thought that he was sitting there on his chair and arching his brow at the words of senior brother, but he still hadn't said a word in response and he urged me with his hand gesture to go inside already, I sensing the impatience the guy have directly went inside after I nodded at Senior Brother .
Once I entered through the narrow road, I actually found that there was a tunnel leading downstairs, as I began to descend for 2 minutes, I finally arrived to the main area in this Hall, probably .
I was standing in front of nine rooms, those rooms that were lined up next to each other, the doors were the same and everything else was similar, the place seemed to be like an underground cave or something like that, these rooms seemed to be carved into the rocks here in a weird fashion, but luckily the place was completely lit .
The only weird thing was the lack of sounds and activity, it seemed like no one was here, but it didn't came as much of a surprise to me, after all even though I hadn't asked about the price to enter this place, senior brother describing it as pricey was all that I needed to understand that not many people are willing to pay that much money .
The rooms all had numbers on them from 1 to 9, I didn't know what should I be looking for here, should I just pick randomly or was there some mechanism to which room should I choose, should I pick one at random or should I be careful with my choice .
I didn't have a clue, not to mention that I wasn't told anything before coming here, other than to pick the room that was supposedly suitable for me, wait that can be it, 9 rooms in total and were numbered from 1 to 9, what else was classified in a similar way, levels and layers of the Flesh Tempering Realm .
That was hypothesis, but it seemed that might indeed be the case here, I curious about what do those rooms actually do to be so pricey, I picked door number 1 and entered the first room in the right, the one that I believed was equivalent to the First layer of Flesh Tempering, I removed the sign that said empty and entered the room .
Once I entered the room, I saw that my guess about this being an underground cave become more and more feasible, I saw that the walls were rocky and uneven, the path in front was narrow but stretched for at least 10 meters and had enough wideness for me to fit in without much of a problem .
I looked to the side of me and saw that there were actually some matt used for meditation perhaps or for the person to sit on, a small pond, so maybe get a bath or something or maybe relaxing the body, something like that, I wasn't clear about these things .
Other than this few number of items, there was nothing else here, I was a bit disappointed at this, thinking that this place was below normal, but just as I began to think like that, a knock sounded, but it wasn't coming from the door, in fact it came from the end of the room like tunnel I was in .
The reason that I was surprised, was because the moment that went in, I heard a~Ting~ sound, I felt a chill running down my spine and felt that my Blood Qi become quite chaotic, it took me a few seconds to regain control of my Blood Qi, but my mind was completely engrossed on looking at the front where that sound came from .
I marched forward in the narrow path and just as I arrived at something like a checkpoint, I saw that there was a line drawn on the floor with an arrow pointing forward as if pointing me to go forward .
I was about to do this, but just as I was about to take a stop forward, I stood rooted to the ground due to suddenly feeling a bad premonition in my heart, it saved me a lot of time today and even the day before, so there was no possibility to just treating the feeling I got as nothing serious .
I circulated my Blood Qi around my body a few times to check nothing being wrong with it, then after seeing that there was no other problem than the fact that my Blood Qi was only half recovery .
I only have recovered half of my Blood Qi, but it half my Blood Qi was already considered two or three times the amount a person in the first layer of Flesh Tempering can have, so there shouldn't be that much of an issue with me here, whatever what was going on here .
It was still at the level of difficulty, that a person in the first layer of Flesh Tempering can handle, of course that was still based on the fact that I had grasped how everything in front of me worked, there was still the possibility of me being completely wrong .
Pushing all those thoughts aside, I took a deep breath then remembered that I only had an hour here, which shouldn't be counted as neither long nor too short period of time, but I still need to go ahead and be quick about whatever that I was trying to do .
With that thought in Mind, I stepped over the line and the second I did this, the leg that I had stepped over the line just now was stuck, rooted directly to the ground, then I heard a loud voice from outside saying :
